She showed us what sets Champion apart from other window competitors. The quality and craftsmanship of product offered was very impressive. Top 3 selling points for me (in order) were: 1. Made in USA and U.S. owned product, I currently serve in the military and this is very important to me. 2. Lifetime warranty with excellent terms of warranty, better than all other quotes we received. 3. Value and quality, everywhere else had either quality or value (cheaper build). "Mark came up to provide the estimate. He was very knowledgable, very professional, and very personable. We discussed the different types of film and came up with what would work best for my house. After Mark left I changed my mind on what type film would go on what window and Mark quickly made the changes. On the day of installation, I was notified that the installation crew would be arriving later than planned, but they arrived only a bit later than originally planned. The crew was very professional, efficient, and very friendly. The installation crew were constantly cleaning up after themselves and left the window areas extremely clean. About half of our kitchen and half of the utility room had become bowed by water leaking under the floor from a water heater.  We discovered the water heater leak and replaced it, but were not aware of the extent of the problem. No one wanted the job!  It wasn't big enough for them. Ramon Acosta of D&R Services determined the extent of the damage and gave us a fair estimate. His team obtained the floor covering we selected and did a beautiful job of putting it down covering both affected rooms after replacing the floor itself.  There was also damage to a door jam that required additional structural work, which they also handled. They cleaned everything up and left nothing for us to have to do ourselves.
