Mattress Firm

This was my first experience shopping at a Mattress Firm store. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, selection and price of the products. The sales associate, William Schlosser, was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He listened to me and showed me mattresses that met my requirements. He gave me time to try each mattress and decide which one I preferred. He gave me helpful information about each mattress I considered without trying to influence my decision. The excellent return policy gave me confidence to make the purchase. The products I chose were in stock and delivered the next day although I was in no hurry to receive the mattresses. The delivery team was also courteous and respectful. They arrived during the scheduled delivery time. I received a courtesy call about an hour before they arrived. They worked quickly and cleanly, wearing shoe covers. They gave me time to vacuum under the beds when the old box springs were removed. The removal of old mattresses and box springs, set-up and delivery process was completed with minimum disruption to the household. Although I would have preferred free delivery, I felt the delivery charge ( $99 for out-of area, $79 for within area) was fair and well worth the price considering the fact that I live 53 miles from the store. We have slept on our new mattresses for two nights and so far are more than satisfied with the comfort and quality of sleep. Three days after making the purchase I called the store with a question about the recommended number of bed slats for a queen bed. Mr. Schlosser was not there but Darlene, the store manager, answered my question and was very responsive and helpful. I have already recommended Mattress Firm in Los Lunas to two of my friends.
