Loved working with Zia Restoration team . Previous contractor was incompetent, but Zia provided a detailed estimate, explained the reasoning behind each, and helped us work with insurance to insure we had an agreed approach and costs on all parties parts. Then followed up the estimate process with an on schedule and on budget repair. Could not ask for anything more.

The Zia team is a great one! Martin provided a great detailed estimate and helped us make our insurance claim easier and fully representative of all damages. His work crews were very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the work. The Zia team delivered on what they detailed out , gave us options, did great work in restoring our walls,ceiling, floors and lighting. It was a pleasure working with them. I would not hesitate to ask them to do more work and strongly recommend them to anyone needing restoration or remodeling work in the Santa Fe area.

Martin and his crew did an absolutely amazing job. They installed a door where there was an empty arch doorway. The finished work blended so nicely it looks like there's always been a door there. They matched the paint perfectly. We are so very impressed to all the attention to detail and thorough explanation of what was going to be done. Martin listened attentively and asked clarifying questions to ensure he understood our needs. We will be using Martin and his business for all our remodeling projects moving forward. It is absolutely refreshing to find someone who takes so much pride in their work!

They were really clean through the entire process. Their prices were really affordable. I would definitely hire them again. Great services overall.
