"NCB did a wonderful job with upgrading my washer box and drain. However, when they spliced into the 2" cast iron to the 4" main we found it so clogged up it looked like an artery ready for a heart attack. The Tech on-site took photos so I could see the before the condition in order to make a better informed decision. Replacement was the really the only option, especially since I already had clogging issues where the kitchen sink and washer drain came together before the 4" main. Plus there was a crack in the 4" main tight where this 2" t-ed in. The extra added work was done very well and the added cost was very reasonable. It definitely took care of some of my issues in dealing with old cast iron drains and sewer. I also appreciate their consideration and really pushing so I could make a previously planned appointment later in the afternoon. This allowed me to have my water turned back and tested on at days end and saved a return trip the next day. I feel the original and add-on work were reasonably priced, especially the add-on work."

Even in comparison with some of the top names, Eli came fully organized with his iPad and was the most professional out of them all. The way he sends his quotes allowed me to easily compare all of my different options and he sent them through very quickly after his onsite visit. Not only this, he was even still the cheapest by far. The product he installed works great and he cleaned up after himself. "The crew did the job, digging up and replacing 40 ft of main water line from the city line to the house, including installation of a pressure reducing valve. Overall COST was pretty expensive for labor considering the PEX tubing for the water line was the pretty much the only parts needed minus the pressure valve. I realize they go by a book that determines cost before work is actually done, though and I agreed to it. Kinda hard to get other estimates when you are in a pickle and need water in your home going asap during the holidays. Job got done and the 2 workers were nice guys. One complaint is I asked if there was a Veteran's Discount and they did include it but it was LESS THAN a 3% discount off the subtotal. Taking a star off for this and another for high labor cost."

Fair price and they stayed with it even when they encountered increased difficulty in executing the trenching--Caliche that was not anticipated required a much heavier and more expensive excavator. Discussed options and clearly articulated the tradeoffs. Quality materials; quality work professionally executed. Friendly, open and trustworthy. Left the work site clean and as close to original condition as possible. Definitely will rehire if needed in future and highly recommend."
