He completed the work and I paid him on the spot. Shortly after he left, my RO water system totally stopped working. I contacted him and asked for him to return to fix it. He repeatedly ignored my messages, then finally, he scheduled an appointment. I had to take time off work for this appointment, but he never showed up. He messed up my water filter system, took my money, then ghosted me."

I asked for an explanation and he talked in circles and sounded like a used car salesman. That was the tipping point, and he overheard me call him an ahole. Like a child, he instructed his worker to tell me they were walking off the job. Now, our kitchen cabinet installation won't happen in time. Don't hire this company. This owner is immature and not customer-centric."
