Great service would definitely hire again

I recently had some cleaning done in my house. I used Master tech Professional cleaning to get the job done. Jonathan came out and was very knowledgeable and professional gave me some tips on how to maintain my tile and grout clean which I very much appreciated. He did an excellent job! I’m so very happy with the results. I’m so excited that my tile looks like it was just installed. It looks so new! I’m definitely going to be using his services again.

I had never used a carpet/tile cleaning service before so I was hesitant but I am so glad I did. It turns out my grout, tile and carpets were much dirtier than I originally thought!! They came out within a couple of days, didn’t leave a mess and it smelled so much better when they left. He explained everything and was very clear about pricing. I would definitely use them again!

Sent a request on a Sunday morning and received a call within 2 hours. Was able to schedule within 2 days of calling and arrived promptly at scheduled time. Team of 3 came and completed the job with minimal distractions. Very friendly. Actual cost was a little more than $200 more than what was initially quoted. Explanation was that the grout needed to have an extra process done to it that is what increased the cost. He did explain this before he did the work and I agreed to the increased cost. Just wish it would’ve been explained during the initial phone call that it might be higher and explain why. Very pleased with the outcome though, at least for now. He also explained that the sealant was in the wash solution - not sure what it’s going to look like next week but if available, I will update the review. Overall, this is back-breaking work without the proper equipment, so I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

I contacted Master-Tech to clean the carpets in a rental unit. John, the owner, promptly returned my call and got me scheduled. He called when he said he would. He and his team arrived early after confirming it with me, and they did an excellent job. They are efficient, careful, honest, and an overall great company. I hope it's not too soon, but I look forward to hiring Master-Tech again in the future.

Pros: Johnathan and Derek are very polite and pleasant to work with. Took them a little over an hour to clean 5 rooms and a closet. Cost for service was very reasonable. Cons: missed one or two spots on the carpet. Didn't say if they had tried to remove them. Could have done a better job re-setting the nap in a couple of high traffic areas. Their truck leaked a bit of oil on my driveway.

Awesome job, my carpet looks like new again

My dryer had been not working for over a week. I had a service tech come out who told me it was not the dryer but most likely my dryer vent clogged up. I started calling companies and either they were booked out for 3 weeks or they didn't work on weekends. I called these guys and was told that they were also all booked for the day but that if I didn't mind waiting until last that day they would come. They came out and cleaned out my dryer vent and my dryer works like a brand new dryer now. They were super nice and friendly. Even showed me pictures of the vent. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Wonderful. The carpet looked so clean. However one spot needed to be touched up after it dried. Called the company and they returned the next day and fixed the spot. So nice about it. They Wanted the feedback. Best of all, the company reached out the next day by called us to see if all was ok. I will use this company again for their other devices. I highly recommend this company.

He was very nice, kind and friendly and he did a really nice job on my couches. I am going to be calling him to clean my carpets. I would definitely recommend him.

Very professional and high quality work. Showed up on time and had a positive attitude. Carpet hadn't been cleaned in over a year and a half, was pretty soiled and dirty. The experience was great. Never had my carpets or upholstery professionaly cleaned. I called Master Tech carpet cleaning, let me just say they are amazing at what they do. Jonathen and his assistant are very knowledgeable in there field. They got my carpets and upholstery lookimg like brand new in no time at all. They also gave me tips on how to keep my rugs and furniture cleaner in the future. Would definitely recommend this two gentlemen. Definitely give them a chance and a call.
