Master-Tech Professional Cleaning & Restoration

Master-Tech Came to my home to clean carpets and clean and polish floors. A Gentleman named Johnathan and his partner did an awesome job! While they worked steadily on my carpets and floors, they maintained professionalism and never inconvenienced me in any way. I can't say enough about their service and professionalism at all times. I will recommend Master- Tech to anyone and everyone given the opportunity. They are the Best! In a very troubled world where Customer Service is almost obsolete, and you never get to speak to a Person, I found their service refreshing and enlightling. I am 80 years old and have had to call many companies for service over the years. Some of the companies have been very kind and capable, and some have been dissatisfying at best. Prompt and friendly customer service. My clean floors are a Wow. We bought a 5 year old house that had never had professional cleaning. Floors were scary dirty. Now we know what floors are supposed to look like. Thanks to Jonathan and crew for job well done. We will call them again.

They did an amazing job I had a lot of build up and he was able to quickly and efficiently have it all cleaned and looking brand new, I will definitely be using their expertise again

Great service would definitely hire again

I recently had some cleaning done in my house. I used Master tech Professional cleaning to get the job done. Jonathan came out and was very knowledgeable and professional gave me some tips on how to maintain my tile and grout clean which I very much appreciated. He did an excellent job! I’m so very happy with the results. I’m so excited that my tile looks like it was just installed. It looks so new! I’m definitely going to be using his services again.

I had never used a carpet/tile cleaning service before so I was hesitant but I am so glad I did. It turns out my grout, tile and carpets were much dirtier than I originally thought!! They came out within a couple of days, didn’t leave a mess and it smelled so much better when they left. He explained everything and was very clear about pricing. I would definitely use them again!

I called Master Tech Cleaning to get my carpet cleaned and my tile cleaned.They did an excellent job they took out stains that didn’t come out before from previous carpet cleaners and my tile and grout looks brand new.Highly Recommended will definitely use again.Thank you

Sent a request on a Sunday morning and received a call within 2 hours. Was able to schedule within 2 days of calling and arrived promptly at scheduled time. Team of 3 came and completed the job with minimal distractions. Very friendly. Actual cost was a little more than $200 more than what was initially quoted. Explanation was that the grout needed to have an extra process done to it that is what increased the cost. He did explain this before he did the work and I agreed to the increased cost. Just wish it would’ve been explained during the initial phone call that it might be higher and explain why. Very pleased with the outcome though, at least for now. He also explained that the sealant was in the wash solution - not sure what it’s going to look like next week but if available, I will update the review. Overall, this is back-breaking work without the proper equipment, so I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

I contacted Master-Tech to clean the carpets in a rental unit. John, the owner, promptly returned my call and got me scheduled. He called when he said he would. He and his team arrived early after confirming it with me, and they did an excellent job. They are efficient, careful, honest, and an overall great company. I hope it's not too soon, but I look forward to hiring Master-Tech again in the future.

Pros: Johnathan and Derek are very polite and pleasant to work with. Took them a little over an hour to clean 5 rooms and a closet. Cost for service was very reasonable. Cons: missed one or two spots on the carpet. Didn't say if they had tried to remove them. Could have done a better job re-setting the nap in a couple of high traffic areas. Their truck leaked a bit of oil on my driveway.

Awesome job, my carpet looks like new again

My dryer had been not working for over a week. I had a service tech come out who told me it was not the dryer but most likely my dryer vent clogged up. I started calling companies and either they were booked out for 3 weeks or they didn't work on weekends. I called these guys and was told that they were also all booked for the day but that if I didn't mind waiting until last that day they would come. They came out and cleaned out my dryer vent and my dryer works like a brand new dryer now. They were super nice and friendly. Even showed me pictures of the vent. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Customer service was excellent. I get my carpets cleaned twice a year and Master-Tech will be cleaning them. GREAT JOB!
