I hired Whitehorse Plumbing to do a simple filter replacement for my reverse osmosis water filter system. He arrived over an hour past the schedule appointment time. He completed the work and I paid him on the spot. Shortly after he left, my RO water system totally stopped working. I contacted him and asked for him to return to fix it. He repeatedly ignored my messages, then finally, he scheduled an appointment. I had to take time off work for this appointment, but he never showed up. He messed up my water filter system, took my money, then ghosted me.

Received immediate call back from my inquiry. Pro was on site in less than 40 minutes, and fixed the problem. He also explained some features on tub that I was unaware of and had created part of the second problem.

The workman/plumber decides what you need. You pay him what he charges. No discussion of work required or of any costs. He was asked in advance before he appeared at my house if he had 100 ft snake and if he would work from my roof; which he agreed to. Arriving at my house, he stated it was too hard to take his equipment on the roof, that he would use a camera instead. He stated that the camera showed no obstruction. Instead he brought his snake into the laundry room. Obstruction was found and removed he stated. I paid him extra (because he used his camera), but will not hire him or his company again. Especially because they do not believe in plumbing preventive maintenance.

He did a great job and it was done professionally. I would recommend your services to anyone who is looking for a plumber job.

He answered my query for service almost immediately. He communicated frequently with me and updated me about schedule and project progress. He was able to expertly fix the problem in minutes.

I searched for a plumber on Angi.com and I was contacted right away by Whitehorse. Shaq was efficient, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that my drainage system was at it best, including recommendations to prevent future drainage issues! I will definitely use them for any future plumbing.

It is sometimes hard to get a hold of them, but it is worth the wait. Good work - honest / upfront opinions with options when available for the project - and hard working crew. I plan on using Whitehorse religiously from here on.

Needed a plumber fast water was leaking in laundry room Whitehorse answer the call he was here in an hour as he said he'd be confirmed my suspicions it was the water heater leaking. Since we couldn't stop the leak I asked for a quote, he gave me one, we accepted. Asked if he could do the job immediately he said yes. He left, picked up a new water heater came back did the install and completed it about 8 p.m. did a great job.

I was very very pleased with his performance knowledge and professionality in Taking care of my needs, when no other pluming companies would help me out when i was in a financial bind do to my work being very slow do to this pandemic, whitehorse came to my rescue right befor thanksgiving , i so so grateful, thank you whitehouse plumbing,

Our kitchen and laundry sinks were clogged. Because it was a holiday weekend,, most plumbers charged over 200$ + parts. Shaq was able to schedule us on a Sunday. He cleared the blockages and made sure we could also do some laundry. He probably has the best rates in town.
