Helped me out of a pinch when previous plumbing company left me hanging. Owner came out and gave me a price the same day, came back the next and got the job done. Passed inspection immediately and was able to move into my home. Price was more than fair 10/10 will use again and strongly recommend.

We had a sewer backup in our primary bathroom. They were able to see us sooner than the local plumbing companies, professional and on time! They fixed our problem and it cost less than what we were quoted for the other local companies.

It was very good, they were very professional and on time I've been using them for 20 years and the pricing was very competitive also.

Great, the guys did very well. The price was high, but the same as another independent estimate. Very professional company and helpful and responsive owner.

Other than communication to schedule and know when they were coming, the work was done quickly, professionally and at the minimum rate ($150 + tax). Currently satisfied customer for a small business

I thought it was reasonable. Actually, they did a really good job. We haven't had any problems since. It was good. We called them, and they were here that they. I think they gave me an time range, and he was in the range. They were punctual. They did a great job.

Alas, an emergency of some sort meant that I had to wait at home much longer than I had hoped for plumbing service.  Our agreed upon time was 1PM, but the visit came at 430PM.  Other than that, the repair went smoothly and expeditiously.

The replacement went fine within the time estimated.  The only problem I had was getting the contractor to show up at the agreed upon time, but they apparently had an emergency to take care of before coming to my house.  I'm sure this is common in the plumbing trades.  The water heater has performed flawlessly since installed.  I will call Carroll Plumbing again for future needs.

They are always very good and do an excellent job. They are reasonable.

For the most part, this job is simple and straight forward and Carroll Plumbing and Heating did an excellent job in performing the needed work. The work had to be coordinated with the changing schedule of the roofer: Carroll Plumbing was great in coordinating the work so that the disruption of the gas service was minimized. They maintained contact with me after they removed the gas line so that they could do the re-installation as soon as the roofer was done. In addition, they made some very inexpensive yet quality modifications in how the gas line was secured to the side of the house and across the roof. They also made a couple of simple and inexpensive modifications to the installation so that this section could be isolated in the future without being completely removed. I greatly appreciate their attention and accommodation of the schedule and the modifications they made. The installation is better and more secure, which is certainly important when working with a gas line.

All work was performed correctly and professionally. It is now five years later and have had no problems (although it may soon be time for another cartridge on the kitchen faucet as it is starting to be kind of difficult to turn on and off- I believe that this is more a Moen faucet and quot;thingand quot; than the installation). Ben performed the work and seemed to be a very nice, honest guy.

During that time of the year we had a freeze in the entire city so a lot of people were calling with regards to frozen pipes and leaks and I was able to call them on the recommendation of my brother. I had a broken pipe in the garage and they came in late that night at 9:30 when he discovered it. They put a stop gap measure so we have our water going. They came back after three days and fixed it. The quality of the job was high. They were excellent. I have not had problems. We could make some necessary additions so that I could shut the water off in winter so we wouldn't have that problem again. It worked out very well. The work was very good. They were very receptive. They handled it very quickly. They came back when they could fit us in the schedule and for four days it wasn't bad.

He gave us no options or information. He was very expensive. He put handles on some of them and he put them incorrectly. I did not call him back as I did not want to start a war. He was friendly, but he was not very honest.

We have used Carroll Plumbing and Heating since 1985 for our own residence as well as rental properties.  The service and work has always been outstanding so when our hot water heater began leaking we didn't bother with getting estimates.  I called at 8:00 am and Roger was at our door by 10:00.  After discussing the pros and cons of repair versus replacement, we decided that a new heater was the most reasonable route.  Roger not only replaced the unit but also reinforced the platform on which it stood.  The installation was done beautifully...much neater than the original, builder installation.  Finally, he cleaned the work area and hauled off the old heater.  Once again, we are satisfied customers

Roger arrived at the time agreed. Gave me an estimate after determining the problem with my furnace. Sat down with me afterward and went over everything he had done. I was very pleased with the job. I have used Carroll Plumbing more than once and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

On Tuesday I noticed a possible leak in my hot water heater. I called 3 different companies for estimates for installation of a new unit. I considered Carroll Plumbing because I've used them for my cooler service for the last few seasons and have been very pleased. The price that Roger (from Carroll) quoted me was $50 or so less than the other quotes I'd gotten, and because I'd been happy with the cooler service I'd received from them, I decided to go with Carroll for the hot water heater installation. Roger was able to come on Thursday morning to install the new heater.

At the time of the quote, Roger mentioned to me that I was going to need an upgrade on the gas line to be up to code, and that he would be replacing all the pipes coming into the unit. He also showed me where the heater was leaking. I watched the entire installation. I'm really fascinated with this stuff! The attention to detail that Roger gave this job impressed me no end! He did everything I would have done if I knew how to do this. He was neat and clean about his work with the pipes and the area around the water heater. He carefully sweat the pipes to remove the old ones, and used all the right and quot;gooand quot; (flux and whatever the other one is called) for all the right stuff. He welcomed my questions about what he was doing and why, and my questions about the unit and the workings of it. I was not in need of an overflow unit because the city had not refit my water meter, but Roger left space for one just in case I'd ever have need to install one.

The original plumbing of this house put the needle valve for the cooler on the wrong side of the water shut off, so Roger refit that pipe and installed a quarter turn shut off for both the line to the cooler, as well as the main line into the hot water heater. Both of these knobs are now in a place where I can more easily access and use them. Complete with shiny new copper pipes, and a new gas line to the heater, Roger wrapped and taped insulation around the water pipes and the job was complete! He hauled off my old water heater, and recycled it (I love that they recycle the old ones!).

I fully intend to call Roger with Carroll Plumbing for other plumbing needs I have around my house.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY CAME IN WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO AND HAD THE PIPE REPLACED WITHIN A DAY. THEY ALSO GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST, AND IT WAS VERY ACCURATE. THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK, AND I WAS VERY PLEASED.
