"I cannot praise this business highly enough! My swamp cooler died on me, so I called PHC on Friday, they had a technician out at my house to look at my system and give me a free estimate by the following Monday. I was able to order the swamp cooler I wanted, and have it installed by the end of the week. It was very affordable, and everyone I talked to throughout this process was pleasant and professional, and they took the time to answer any questions I had. "LC showed up as promised. Worked efficiently and were careful to explain exactly what was being performed. Louis, the owner, personally explained everything, was careful to wear a masks while in the house, a very good communicator, outgoing, friendly but professional. Very pleased with the work that he performed. One thing i really liked is that he did not promise to be the cheapest but his prices are reasonable."
