Once we got connected we got right to work and figured out what the issue was and how to repair it. I had to run to hardware store to get the correct tool to make the fix, but Bob, the tech I worked with, left me detailed instructions and with the right tool, I was then able to make the fix and reassemble the range. About half of our kitchen and half of the utility room had become bowed by water leaking under the floor from a water heater.  We discovered the water heater leak and replaced it, but were not aware of the extent of the problem. No one wanted the job!  It wasn't big enough for them. Ramon Acosta of D&R Services determined the extent of the damage and gave us a fair estimate. His team obtained the floor covering we selected and did a beautiful job of putting it down covering both affected rooms after replacing the floor itself.  There was also damage to a door jam that required additional structural work, which they also handled. They cleaned everything up and left nothing for us to have to do ourselves.
