Description of Work: LGE replaced my single pain windows with new low e vinyl Windows that fit perfectly. After completing this they applied stucco to my home. I |My 35 year old home looks like a brand new house!

Description of Work: LGE Construction stuccoed my home and re-roofed a section of the house. | |On the roofing job, they put pro-panel over an existing pro-panel roof, insisting that this would stop leaks. They failed to put the foam along the pro-panel edges that prevents water from leaking in. The roof still leaks and when I contacted the owner about it, here is his exact response, word for word: | |ME |"Do you want to look at the roof you put in for me to help me figure out where the leak is?" | |RINCONES |"My stance hasn't changed since we last spoke in late last year. I last said to you in text that we were paid labor only to install a metal over the existing structure under the deck. We did not warranty a roof in accordance with the invoice. . I also said that since it has leaked since you built it requires further investigation and possibly tear down to figure out what went wrong originally. I do not believe we have the expertise required and recommend an engineer." | |He willingly took my money saying he could fix the leak, but didn't. | |Regarding the stucco work, his crew cleaned tools over native shrubs in my yard, killing one, poured extra materials out in the yard instead of discarding appropriately, spilled stucco dye on the flagstone courtyard and did not clean it up, left many spots of the original white stucco visible that had to be covered, still have not completed the stucco where an outlet had to be moved up. Unfortunately, things did not go well and I would not recommend them to anyone else. |

Description of Work: Very good work, they pay good attention to detail and finished our project on time and on budget.

Description of Work: Install cabinets; install kitchen sink; electrical wiring for stove & dryer; electrical wiring for PTAC unit; install PTAC unit; paint; caulk and seal doors & PTAC Unit; install insulation in ceiling / attic.
