"Bill did an excellent job of filling, sanding, and painting the columns, vigas, and latillas. For the wood under the portal where we wanted to maintain stain, he did a beautiful job of matching the wood and making the filled areas look natural. He also painted our ductwork and other metal components to color match the stucco, repairing the stucco in a few places along the way. Bill is extremely reliable, meticulous in his cleanup, and fairly priced. Our next door neighbors saw Bill's work and hired him for their project."

We had to postpone a couple of days due to the freezing weather early January. I wasn't home the first afternoon they came but was impressed there was no mess or other evidence they had been there, just the first layer of cement in the places needed. I was home  the second day they came and they laid down protective tarps in all the area's where they were working.  The crew of four knew what they were doing and were very fast and efficient. They covered the cement with the first stucco layer and were gone before I realized they were done the color nearly matched and I was impressed.  It turned out they had missed one crack, and when I let Alvaro know, they fixed it while working on the other areas.  The third day they finished up and painted the repairs to match the original stucco perfectly.  They provided a one year warrantee on workmanship and labor, which was important to me because of the time of year we were making the repairs.  I was very impressed and I literally cannot tell where the repairs were made. The finish matches perfectly.  I would highly recommend BluSky.

"Anthony, the owner of Premier painting provides a really good service. Anthony is very professional, polite, honest, courteous and talented. He went out of his way to make sure he understood every detail required for the job. Anthony and his worker arrived early each day and put in a full days work. Anthony actually took it upon himself to purchase more paint because my wife and I had gone to Albuquerque for a few hours. With the exception of the amazing painting they did, I would not have known they were here. Another contractor left me in a bind and Premier Painting came to the rescue. I would recommend his services to anyone. The last time I had interior painting done by another contractor, it was like herding cats. They showed up late to work and left early each day. The quoted 5 day job took 8 days with excuse after excuse. The Premier Painting experience was awesome!"

"Reule Sun did a FABULOUS job on our house, with incredible attention to detail, extremely thorough preparation, total job-site neatness and cleanliness, lightning responsiveness to any issues which arose, and a very high level of craft. The workers were polite, respectful, friendly, and very conscientious. You will pay for this. But we found it more than worth the difference. After watching our job, the neighbor across the street has hired them for a complete stucco job and also new windows. (If your windows are within shouting distance of needing replacement, do these just ahead of the stucco job.)"

"Contractor keep appointment (even though there were 2 or 3 calls expressing confusion about time and day); installed the drywall and cleaned the area.   The drywall installation was not smooth and when textured looked amateurish at best.  Before I could paint I had to sand several areas and apply canned texture-not the most professional look but time was a factor.  the next time the wall is painted will require extensive prep work to make it look professional.
Good things: appointment keep; work was done as explained; no extra charges.
Not so good: Technician was not a drywall guy.
