"LC showed up as promised. Worked efficiently and were careful to explain exactly what was being performed. Louis, the owner, personally explained everything, was careful to wear a masks while in the house, a very good communicator, outgoing, friendly but professional. In the northern United States, new ACs must have a minimum SEER rating of 14, though you can still buy and install older systems as long as they were compliant when they were manufactured.
