Most definitely *not* the cheapest option for MiniSplits out there. Nevertheless, we had a great experience with Joe. He was patient with all our questions. Day of install also went smoothly. Luis, Rafael, Tony, and Sean were each experienced and helpful. The system has worked beautifully since installation one month ago.

Joe was very honest professional, letting me know that I could not install refrigerated air because of the condition the height of my home where everyone else told me I could, and it wouldâ ve cause some kind of construction work, so I appreciate Tru flow honesty.

It is so quiet that when walking past the condenser/compressor that only the breeze from the fan blades alerted me that the system was on. The thermostat has all of the features I could have wished for and some that I would not have considered, like being able to see the house temperature program it from a cell phone. Veryà  à  responsive, it reaches the set temperature quickly. My installers, TruFlo Air in Rio Rancho, NM provided quick, neat and professional installation when promised. In my more than 40 years as a licensed class 1 building contractor in 7 states Truflow stands out at the top of the list of the many contractors I have employed and known. I am very pleased with their excellent service and the Daikin equipment that they recommended for me. Thanks to Joe and everyone at employee owned Truflow.
