Made in USA and U.S. owned product, I currently serve in the military and this is very important to me. 2. My swamp cooler died on me, so I called PHC on Friday, they had a technician out at my house to look at my system and give me a free estimate by the following Monday. I was able to order the swamp cooler I wanted, and have it installed by the end of the week. It was very affordable, and everyone I talked to throughout this process was pleasant and professional, and they took the time to answer any questions I had. "Reule Sun did a FABULOUS job on our house, with incredible attention to detail, extremely thorough preparation, total job-site neatness and cleanliness, lightning responsiveness to any issues which arose, and a very high level of craft. The workers were polite, respectful, friendly, and very conscientious. You will pay for this. But we found it more than worth the difference. After watching our job, the neighbor across the street has hired them for a complete stucco job and also new windows. (If your windows are within shouting distance of needing replacement, do these just ahead of the stucco job.)"

"Mark came up to provide the estimate. He was very knowledgable, very professional, and very personable. We discussed the different types of film and came up with what would work best for my house. After Mark left I changed my mind on what type film would go on what window and Mark quickly made the changes. On the day of installation, I was notified that the installation crew would be arriving later than planned, but they arrived only a bit later than originally planned. The crew was very professional, efficient, and very friendly. The installation crew were constantly cleaning up after themselves and left the window areas extremely clean. I was super pleased with this company and and their installation crew.

About half of our kitchen and half of the utility room had become bowed by water leaking under the floor from a water heater.  We discovered the water heater leak and replaced it, but were not aware of the extent of the problem. No one wanted the job!  It wasn't big enough for them. Ramon Acosta of D&R Services determined the extent of the damage and gave us a fair estimate. His team obtained the floor covering we selected and did a beautiful job of putting it down covering both affected rooms after replacing the floor itself.  There was also damage to a door jam that required additional structural work, which they also handled. They cleaned everything up and left nothing for us to have to do ourselves.
