"Install process went smooth. Anytime I called they were always very helpful. Only real downside was that the glass break sensors didn't adhere to the wall well. Support recommended screwing them to the wall and that fixed it."

"We absolutely love this place.  We've used them to service our swamp cooler and furnace in the past and also to replace our water heater and always had exceptional service.  When it came time to switch to refrigerated air, Glen (the owner) came out and thoroughly looked everything over, explained in detail exactly what would be done, and even talked me through what type of furnace we might want for the long-term as far as maintenance (and it wasn't the most expensive one).  We were fortunate enough to have acquired our own equipment and Glen was extremely accommodating in all aspects of this process.  Amanda was amazing and incredibly helpful in setting up the installation date and was so friendly, and Nathan and Richard were fantastic installers.  They showed up on time and NEVER stopped working.  I mean they never, ever stopped moving and they did a wonderful job.  Glen came back to check everything once they were finished, showed me how everything worked, and we were done!  If there was a problem, I never knew about it.  It was flawless start to finish and I was charged exactly what I was quoted.  We feel extremely secure that the job was done right and not only highly recommend them, but we'll definitely use them again.

"I have heard good things about the company so I called them and I was very pleased on how they presented themselves and the product that they have. They are wonderful, I would definitely recommend the product that they used. They were very knowledgeable about what things should be done on your home, after much consideration I said we should do it. They were very professional, on time, they were here everyday with a smile on their faces, very courteous and cleaned up after themselves."

"It went very smoothly, from the estimate to the actual work being completed. They were the only company who didn't try to get me to fix things that didn't need to be fixed right away. They are honest and hardworking and they will be my roofing company for as long as I'm in Albuquerque."

"Jonas and his assistant Omar were great. Not only is the finished product beautiful, but having Jonas and Omar in my house for two weeks was enjoyable and they made the process as easy as it could be. For me, being able to trust the people working in my home is just as important as the job outcome. Jonas and Omar were friendly, professional and trustworthy and I would have them back to do a job any time. Recommend fully."

"It was very interesting because they turned around and they were supposed to be doing some drywall and some filling for me. All they needed was one piece of sheetrock and they turned around and charged me 20 pounds of texture, 25 pounds of screws and everything else we got into it with them. At the end I had them adjust their bill because they told me that they were going to charge me $149 because of the extra materials I needed. I can buy a piece of sheetrock for 15 bucks and 20 drywall screws so it was just pretty bad though. I remember the incident with the billing which was bad. I won't do business with them again."

Glass and Mirrors questions, answered by experts

The best way to transport wine glasses is to pack them upright in a divided, padded box designed specifically for stemware. First, wrap each glass individually with bubble wrap or packing paper, ensuring both the bowl and the delicate stem are cushioned. If you don't have a divided box, you can still pack them safely. After wrapping each glass and securing the material with tape, place them upright in a sturdy box. Layer soft items like dish towels, crumpled paper, or clothing between the glasses to prevent them from touching. Fill any remaining gaps with additional padding to keep the glasses snug and prevent shifting. Finally, clearly label the box as “FRAGILE GLASSWARE” or “FRAGILE–HANDLE WITH CARE” to ensure careful handling.

The average mirror has a lifespan of 10 to 15 years. After that, the coating begins to deteriorate, losing its reflective properties. Acrylic mirrors have a slightly shorter lifespan of seven to 10 years. Higher-quality acrylic sheets with UV-resistant properties have lifespans similar to those of your average mirror. By maintaining your mirrors and keeping them out of direct sunlight when not in use, you can extend their lifespan. Some mirrors can last for decades.

Shower doors can shatter on their own in rare cases. Glass shower doors are manufactured to high standards to ensure their durability. If you’d prefer a shower door that’s less likely to break, opt for laminated glass rather than tempered glass. If you have glass shower doors, inspect them regularly. Check that all the hardware is in good shape and the glass has no chips or cracks.

For small cracks, glass-bonding glue that can be pressed into cracks may be able to save a broken mirror. If a corner of a mirror has been chipped, you may be able to conceal the fact by adding a border or frame to the mirror. Deeper cracks and chips should be addressed by a glass-restoration professional if you're trying to preserve an antique or heirloom mirror.

Start by attaching the mirror to a wall stud if possible. Next, use appropriate hardware for the mirror's size and the wall material. That could look like drywall anchors, toggle bolts, or self-drilling anchors to ensure a strong hold. Additionally, D-rings or hanging brackets are more secure than a nail. You can also use mirror adhesive to secure small or larger mirrors with a vanity as a base.
