They got right to work and were finished in just a couple of hours. Very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The gutters are doing a great job and our yard loves the directed water. "I had a specific water flow problem from the roof. The house came with no gutter but I had problems with very heavy rainfalls. Banker Building Products were able to identify the areas that needed gutters to channel the water runoff. Just waiting now for a heavy rainfall."

"About half of our kitchen and half of the utility room had become bowed by water leaking under the floor from a water heater. We discovered the water heater leak and replaced it, but were not aware of the extent of the problem. No one wanted the job! It wasn't big enough for them. Ramon Acosta of D&R Services determined the extent of the damage and gave us a fair estimate. His team obtained the floor covering we selected and did a beautiful job of putting it down covering both affected rooms after replacing the floor itself. There was also damage to a door jam that required additional structural work, which they also handled. They cleaned everything up and left nothing for us to have to do ourselves.
