Kramer discussed the details with us thoroughly and paid close attention to what we wanted. He's a craftsman, and his work is excellent. He also left the jobsite very clean and free of debris. The new balcony is gorgeous! Kramer gave us a very reasonable price, and he was efficient, expert, and overall a pleasure to have working at our house. We'll be calling him for all our home renovations from now on! "

Then, I was promised a 2:00PM-5:00 PM Friday arrival 01/09/2026. Pablo, the technician, didn't show up until nearly 7:00 PM on a Friday night. I was grateful for this, but it gets worse from here. When Pablo finally arrived, it felt like a total scam. He admitted he could have installed a generic part to get our heat running, but since it was late on a Friday, he clearly just wanted to go home. He chose to leave my family in the cold rather than doing his job. ? The Dishonesty: To make matters worse, he didn't even provide an estimate that he said he would provide via email. "

The subs were only concerned with doing the fastest, cheapest job they could do (classic example is on the plumbing rework, the plumber substituted PEX for copper and the former isn't rated for the latter job)."
