Just fine. He assessed it and had his son fixed it. I have called Jim at least 6 times for another job.Last time he promised my husband he would call back and make an appt. We even asked if we did anything wrong which we didn't. He just said he was very busy with emergencies. I can't in all good consciousness rate someone as good when there is no response for additional business. Why is ADP plumbing even listed on Angie's list if they do not need new customers. If I was the company I would follow up on them. It is unfair and a tease to do a good job and then not be available. Believe me we are normal everyday people who would never act inappropriately.

The plumber did not complete the repairs even after several calls and messages.  He was aware we went without heat in our master bedroom for over a month-in January through February.

We were very patient with him, giving him multiple opportunities to finish the job.  Perhaps he's struggling with other issues at the present time.

These guys did a really good job, I would highly recommend them and use their services again.

He arrived when he told me he would, completed the work competently and quickly, and answered all the questions I had. He's wonderful at explaining why a problem has occurred and how to keep it from happening again. He also helped me look up the type of wrench I would need for future projects online! This is the kind of service Jim has always provided.

On one occasion, I discovered that the valve outside of one toilet was leaking.  I called Jim and he came right over at 9pm and replaced the valve.
I found his rates to be extremely competitive and Jim to be very professional.

Jim Treadwell of ADP Plumbing has helped us with soooo many problems in our 22 year old home - exterior faucet replacement, frozen pipe repair, faucet installation, water heater installation and repair, propane gas leak (inside our interior walls!), ductless air conditioner troubleshooting and repair, corroded main water valve replacement, and several repairs to our radiant heating system. He has always shown up on the same day if we have a catastrophic problem, is prompt, phones if he is delayed on another service call and still arrives to help us after working hours if required. He has cheerfully resolved major problems caused by a previous plumber who left us high and dry with our ductless a/c installation in 2011. Jim has provided excellent recommendations for other local contractors required for other repairs needed around our home. His prices are reasonable, quality of work is excellent, great to talk to, and is a pet lover!!

The leak had rapidly gotten worse and Jim made the effort to come the same day to repair the leak.  He came exactly when he said he would and was able to repair the leak without cutting into our stucco exterior wall.  Jim was very thorough and patient in explaining to and showing us the problem and how he was going to repair it.  When finished I asked him to also connect some hoses to my washing machine which he graciously did.  It is wonderful to find a plumber who is punctual, professional, reasonably priced and knows his plumbing.  Thanks Jim!
