It went really well. They did extremely well and they fixed the problem with the deck. We were quite happy with it.

This is my second report on Perfect Works Construction - total dollars spent since the beginning was $17,600. I've been meaning to write another report for months, mainly because I am impressed with professionalism and ability to 'get the job done' quickly and at reasonable cost and high quality workmanship. I was 'harsh' (honest) in my 1st report and remain honest here - my overall experience is that I'm very pleased with the work and the cost. It struck me one day, after a telephone conversation about a pending job, that Eddy takes pride in his work, and really tries to accomplish what the owner wants - this, I think, is an unusual and laudable quality, and is why I am submitting this second report.

Overall - EXCELLENT. Good communication skills (i.e., letting you know where he's at with the job, when he'll be there, etc. - unusual for a contractor). Quality of the job was always good to excellent - only on a few occasions was there a small problem which I brought to his attention and he fixed. One one occasion there was an issue that couldn't be fixed easily or without additional cost. A floating [fake wood] floor had some "soft" spots where the underlayment needed additional padding so it wouldn't 'sink down' when you walked on that spot. He should have checked for this issue during the placement because it is a big-dollar item. Ergo, the "B" rating on quality but overall it's more like B+ or A-. The bottom line is, would I hire this guy again? Absolutely. Highly recommended. In fact, I have more jobs for him on my agenda. His broad skill set is impressive which means you can use him for almost everything. His communication skills, professional work ethic, price and quality are exemplary.

Eddie returned my call quickly, came to the house to discuss the work I needed, came up with estimate and proposed work schedule. All work was done on time and on budget! Eddie and his crew always easy to work with, very accommodating to my vague wishes re color, texture, etc. Work was done cleanly. Final product excellent and just what I wished.
