MSC Appliance

I am so disappointed with the integrity at this store now. First a really minor gripe. We bought an oven from them a few months ago and there is alot of movement in the top part where the controls are. They also did not replace the burnt out light bulb inside the oven. (which should just be a really easy thing for them to do) The sides of the oven needed to be scrubbed as they were still quite greasy from their previous owner. Now the real issue. They are now willing to sell items that do not have all the parts, without any sort of notification to the customer. By this I mean there was no note on the washer stating it was missing parts. In this case it was the Washer dispenser siphon cup. A part that after hours of googling i have discovered is not replaceable or substitutable. The main reason why this bothers me is, This company makes its bread and butter off of repairing and reselling appliances. If they are willing to leave out such minor information and not take the time to do basic cleaning. How are we to trust in the integrity in their repairs?

Excellent customer service! I bought an amazing fridge, fast delivery/installation, and Steve even followed up himself to make sure things were working right. I ended up buying a self-cleaning gas range, washer, and dryer not long after because of the affordable prices. If I ever need more appliances, repairs, or parts I will be going to mscappliance! #mscapplianceabq
