Patrick unclogged a washing machine drain for us. He was very knowledgeable and he took his time to make sure the job was done right. He also, asked us if we had any questions and cleaned up after himself. We will be using Strongbuilt in the future for other projects!!!

After the wonderful brown/black-outs in ABQ, my AC started acting funny (would randomly freeze over) so I called Strong Build out for a diagnostics. The tech was great and after a bit told us that there were 2 parts on the condenser that were going bad and it would cost us about 8K to replaces them (compressor and TXV). But I would have to talk to the sales guy for more info. Sales guy came over same day and told me that they could replace the parts for about 9K counting taxes or I could buy a new condenser for 11K, but Strong build can not warranty it unless I buy the coils also. When I asked him why it was so expressive I was informed that it is because they would need a crane to get the old condenser off the roof and put the new one up there, oh and because they would have to drain the Freon from the system and put new Freon back in. After that I asked him how much the coil would be with the condenser and he quoted 14K but my blower furnace is 20 years old and out of code so they can due the whole new unit and bring everything up to code for 16.5K. After thinking it over and trying to figure out if it would be worth it, he offered an upgrade to a multi-stage unit and a same day install(old system removed and new system fully installed and working by dinner) all for the low price of 3K, bringing the grade total to 20K counting taxes. now for people that cant grasp money, that is the cost of a car. Anyways, sadly he got me with the same day install because there is nothing I hate more then laying in my bed at night with my house 90 degrees at midnight. Anyways the techs showed up at 9:30 AM and started working, at 3:00pm they packed everything up and said they would be back tomorrow to finish the job. Because they were missing a part, I called Strong Builds office to find out what was going on and their response was the parts Wearhouse closes at 4:00PM better luck tomorrow so here I am laying in bed in a house that is 90 degrees at midnight and I can not sleep.

I had Strong Built install a refrigeration ac & furnace unit in my home on April 6 & 7, 2023. The Strong Built team consisted of: Manny GM, Chris Barr install manager, Nick & Alex install team, Chris Sinseneros & Felix aeroseal team and Marcos & Chris Dominguez electrical. Although, I have had a lot of bad/negative experiences in hiring and dealing with contractors, that is what I expected more of when I hired Strong Built to install my refrigerated ac unit. Needless to say, Strong Built proved me wrong. Strong Built employees made me feel very comfortable dealing with them, encouraging me to ask questions (of which I asked a lot of questions). Any requests that I made of them, sometimes I asked more than once to pay attention to a certain request, I was responded to with politeness and respect. Never did I get the impression that they were doing me a favor by servicing my requests. All of Strong Built's employees were very pleasant to deal with & their professional quality is hard to match. I am very thankful and appreciative Strong Built is a quality company of which I would do business with again &/or refer their services to other people I may know. I am also highly thankful for the hard work and dedication that Chris Sinseneros & Felix's efforts in performing the aeroseal work on my duct system. I know it was very frustrating and time consuming in dealing with my ducting, sealing all of the leaks (going above and beyond in their duties) to make sure my duct system was properly aerosealed. I am very thankful for Strong Built for providing me quality and professionalism beyond reproach. And that each of their employees conducted themselves in a very nice, polite & professional manner. Thank you again for having professional employees and doing the quality work that every company should have when working on a customers job and for giving me 'THAT FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE'.

Austin was very friendly and efficient. My only complaint was the waiting time that I was scheduled.

Patrick Mulcahy was very efficient and friendly. He worked with me on the price. It took him about 5 minutes to clear the clog from my bathroom shower drain.

I needed a new hot water heater and Mitch did a great job.

Came out later than expected but was totally worth the wait. Service was quick, efficient and clean. I highly recommend Mitch Brown! I’ll be a loyal customer.

I had some issues with my ac and they sent out a tech by the name of Adam. He was great. Got me up and running. I was greatly satisfied.

John & his son came out, found the water leak problem quickly and fixed it. Came back the next day and brought new parts that eliminate the water problem in the future. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend him and the Panda maintenance protection!

Mitch, at Strongbuilt, was very knowledgeable, professional, and great to work with. He answered all my questions and worked with me to get the right hot water heater installed. The work was well done and the heater works great. Thanks

I highly encourage people to stay away from Strongbuilt Solar and Air. They got my attention with their sale on seasonal service. After having them service my York furnace, the blower on it soon started to fall apart. Charging me $80.08 for a diagnostic call, they quoted $1,790 to fix it and lied about parts no longer being available. Doing my own research, I found the parts were definitely available from a local York distributor for $300.00. The tech from Strongbuilt agreed to install the assembly at a rate of $120/hour. I called several times to schedule the tech for the install and my call has not been returned to this day. With help from the distributor I was put in touch with a licensed HVAC professional who installed my new blower at a rate of $75/hour. It took him only an hour and a half. My furnace has been working great. I think it is pretty awful that Stongbuilt tried to get me to pay $1,790 for a job that cost only $425.00. Please people, do your homework! Do not let Strongbuilt or any other contractor get away with price gouging!

Well trained, courteous technicians. Support staff is friendly and helpful. They update you via text for arrival of the technician. Explained what would be needed to fix the problem. Fixed the problem. Was pleased with everything they did. Would definitely use this company again.

Adam was our A/C Tech. He preformed all of the tests and replaced the part in less than 45 minutes. The price was fair and the work is guaranteed for 1 year. 5 Stars! Strong built is on our call list now.
