"Harald Christiansen is a painter who lives in Rio Rancho, NM. Recently Harold painted the interior of my house. I can't say enough good things about the job he did. Harold took a great deal of care in his work and was very thorough in all aspects of the job. Before starting painting, he was also very open to my ideas, and or suggestions. Throughout the job, he communicated anything that needed to be changed or addressed along the way so there were no surprises. Also, I felt him to be very honest in all his dealings with me. "Chad came out and did an estimate and we agreed on scope of work and price. Chad and his team arrived when they said they would and stayed each day till the end of the day. They were meticulous and professional. Cleaned up each day, moved furniture as needed, removed drapes and put them back. I never once worried about my house while they were there. I had a lot of trouble making a color choice and Chad came back to my house twice with samples so I could be confident in my choice and never complained or gave me a hard time about making a choice. I even called him back before we sold our house to come back and do the closets and he worked me in to his schedule so it would be done before we had showings. My recommendation - have them do the closets in the first place! You will be so glad you chose Chad and his team for any painting needs. The man really knows his paint! I even called him when we relocated out of state for a recommendation on repainting our new interior and he answered and helped me make the choice and it is gorgeous. "Bill did an excellent job of filling, sanding, and painting the columns, vigas, and latillas. For the wood under the portal where we wanted to maintain stain, he did a beautiful job of matching the wood and making the filled areas look natural. He also painted our ductwork and other metal components to color match the stucco, repairing the stucco in a few places along the way. Bill is extremely reliable, meticulous in his cleanup, and fairly priced. Our next door neighbors saw Bill's work and hired him for their project."

"The quality of the work done was excellent! We did have a couple of communication issues that delayed work a few days, but once those were cleared up, everyone was really responsive. They got the full restucco of our house done in 1 day! It seemed like everything on our house was more of a pain than we initially thought it would be, but the staff were fantastic about staying late and making sure everything was done well. They even took the time to paint our gutters so that they would coordinate better with the house. All the guys on the job were really skilled and very, very kind.
The only thing that I had an issue with was the clean-up/follow-up work that was done. When they were scraping paint, they didn't cover the ground, or my children's sand box, so I've been picking up paint chips for some time. My young children and I also have found about a dozen screws in my grass/ground that were left behind when they were changing out the gutters. In addition, they didn't put back any of the paving stones they took up to dig for the restucco. Finally, there were also a few areas on the freshly painted woodwork that got chipped during the restucco, but no one came through at the end and did any touch-ups. They did leave the extra paint for me to do it, but it would have been nice if it were part of the work. 
All in all, it was a positive experience. I would recommend them, but just make sure you're firm about the clean-up details that you want done.
