"I got a response from Brian within about 2 days. He and his counterpart, Larry, came over and evaluated our home's needs. Brian explained the process and gave me an estimate for the work that they felt needed to be done. Brian emailed me the prices and the work that they would do. I felt informed and was treated with complete respect and courtesy (Note: this was important to me because folks in the building field have often been patronizing and rude to me. I have attributed it to my gender after watching them be more appropriate with my husband.) When I was ready they were here within about another 2 days. "Chad came out and did an estimate and we agreed on scope of work and price. Chad and his team arrived when they said they would and stayed each day till the end of the day. They were meticulous and professional. Cleaned up each day, moved furniture as needed, removed drapes and put them back. I never once worried about my house while they were there. I had a lot of trouble making a color choice and Chad came back to my house twice with samples so I could be confident in my choice and never complained or gave me a hard time about making a choice. I even called him back before we sold our house to come back and do the closets and he worked me in to his schedule so it would be done before we had showings. "It was a shaky start with some unforeseen obstacles. However, after things settled down Bill got to work and met the deadline that I had originally set. The paint came out great. I needed 2 living rooms and a dining room painted, along with the ceilings in each room. They were able to complete everything in the timeframe given, even after my wife changed her mind on the one of the walls that had already been painted. I had movers coming the next day and Bill even offered to come back the day after the movers to fix any scuffs or scratches that occurred.
