"I got a response from Brian within about 2 days. He and his counterpart, Larry, came over and evaluated our home's needs. Brian explained the process and gave me an estimate for the work that they felt needed to be done. Brian emailed me the prices and the work that they would do. I felt informed and was treated with complete respect and courtesy (Note: this was important to me because folks in the building field have often been patronizing and rude to me. I have attributed it to my gender after watching them be more appropriate with my husband.) When I was ready they were here within about another 2 days. My house now looks almost new and we are very pleased! I had received estimates from about 4 or 5 other companies, prior to this, and their estimates were 2 to 6 times what Adobe Painting quoted me. This and the fact that the Angie's list rating for Adobe was A+ persuaded me to hire them. I'm glad that I did!"

Harold took a great deal of care in his work and was very thorough in all aspects of the job. Before starting painting, he was also very open to my ideas, and or suggestions. "Bobby and Accent Painting are the best! It is a small company which I prefer which stresses satisfaction for their customers. Accent Painting has performed at least 3 jobs at my residence. They have painted various internal rooms and also painted the outside of our 3400 square foot stucco home. They applied the paint with rollers to make sure the coverage was adequate and all trim was done by hand with brushes. Accent painting has also done painting for my family members and they also have been very happy with Accent's performance and service. "Everything was great!! First Chris came and measured. He provided the estimate right away by email which included the costs, proof of insurance, tips on what to expect, etc. Next Teresa, Matthew, and Paulo came to paint my living room and kitchen. They carefully took down all the pictures, curtains, blinds, light fixtures and switches, and moved all the furniture. They covered everything with tarps. They painted the two rooms and ceiling. They used a paint by Benjamin Moore and it was fantastic. I didn't know before but I know now if you want a great quality paint, Benjamin Moore is awesome. "Bill did an excellent job of filling, sanding, and painting the columns, vigas, and latillas. For the wood under the portal where we wanted to maintain stain, he did a beautiful job of matching the wood and making the filled areas look natural. He also painted our ductwork and other metal components to color match the stucco, repairing the stucco in a few places along the way. Bill is extremely reliable, meticulous in his cleanup, and fairly priced. Our next door neighbors saw Bill's work and hired him for their project."

"The quality of the work done was excellent! We did have a couple of communication issues that delayed work a few days, but once those were cleared up, everyone was really responsive. They got the full restucco of our house done in 1 day! It seemed like everything on our house was more of a pain than we initially thought it would be, but the staff were fantastic about staying late and making sure everything was done well. They even took the time to paint our gutters so that they would coordinate better with the house. All the guys on the job were really skilled and very, very kind.
The only thing that I had an issue with was the clean-up/follow-up work that was done. When they were scraping paint, they didn't cover the ground, or my children's sand box, so I've been picking up paint chips for some time. My young children and I also have found about a dozen screws in my grass/ground that were left behind when they were changing out the gutters. In addition, they didn't put back any of the paving stones they took up to dig for the restucco. Finally, there were also a few areas on the freshly painted woodwork that got chipped during the restucco, but no one came through at the end and did any touch-ups. They did leave the extra paint for me to do it, but it would have been nice if it were part of the work. 
All in all, it was a positive experience. I would recommend them, but just make sure you're firm about the clean-up details that you want done.
