"Harald Christiansen is a painter who lives in Rio Rancho, NM. Recently Harold painted the interior of my house. I can't say enough good things about the job he did. Harold took a great deal of care in his work and was very thorough in all aspects of the job. Before starting painting, he was also very open to my ideas, and or suggestions. Throughout the job, he communicated anything that needed to be changed or addressed along the way so there were no surprises. Also, I felt him to be very honest in all his dealings with me. I felt very fortunate to have had such a positive experience in getting my house painted."

"If you want the craftsmanship, care, and quality of a Picasso, then this is your guy. You can see every brush stoke meticulously applied with Mona Lisa like precision. However, if you just want your walls painted and not a Mona Lisa, then this service provider is not for you."

"We were very happy with the service provided by 360 Painting While they were not the lowest estimate we received, they were well worth the additional minimal investment.. Chris showed-up at the agreed upon time and provided a very detailed estimate. On the first day of this 5-day project, Chris and Teresa showed-up as scheduled and walked the project with their crew and us. On each subsequent day, the crew was timely and pleasant, worked efficiently, took care to protect surfaces not being painted (floors, fireplace, etc.), and cleaned up at the end of each day. Teresa was on site each morning to answer questions, address concerns and inspect the work done the previous day. She also performed a very thorough inspection at the end of the project. We would not hesitate to work with them again."

"

We had to postpone a couple of days due to the freezing weather early January. I wasn't home the first afternoon they came but was impressed there was no mess or other evidence they had been there, just the first layer of cement in the places needed. I was home  the second day they came and they laid down protective tarps in all the area's where they were working.  The crew of four knew what they were doing and were very fast and efficient. They covered the cement with the first stucco layer and were gone before I realized they were done the color nearly matched and I was impressed.  It turned out they had missed one crack, and when I let Alvaro know, they fixed it while working on the other areas.  The third day they finished up and painted the repairs to match the original stucco perfectly.  They provided a one year warrantee on workmanship and labor, which was important to me because of the time of year we were making the repairs.  I was very impressed and I literally cannot tell where the repairs were made. The finish matches perfectly.  I would highly recommend BluSky.

Interior Painting questions, answered by experts

Sanding paint that contains lead is never safe, and sanding modern paints can still be hazardous. However, you can protect yourself by wearing a high-quality respirator during the process or by using a wet-sanding technique. You can wet the wall and then sand or use a wet sanding tool to achieve this.

Using a wire brush, forcefully scrub the surface to remove paint from metal. You’ll want to remove any lingering rust, too. For larger areas with caked-on rust, you may need to use a wire brush drill attachment. If the paint still won’t budge, apply a chemical paint stripper to the area and scrape off the paint, after following the paint stripper’s instructions.

Yes, but with caution. A floor grinder is intended to level and polish concrete, so it is a very powerful tool. To remove paint, the floor grinder should be set to 35 square feet per minute or less to minimize the pressure without the use of pocket weights. You might need to go over the surface two times to get any paint that has sunk into the concrete’s pores.

The easiest way to remove window decals is to soak the area in hot, soapy water. Let it sit for 15 minutes before scraping it with a plastic scraper or the edge of a credit card. You can also remove window decals with white vinegar, rubbing alcohol, or applying heat from a hairdryer or steam cleaner.

Linoleum adhesive is quite stubborn, so you may have to try several different methods for removal. You can start with a wallpaper steamer and steam it off or add laundry detergent to water and let it soak into the adhesive. You can try paint thinner directly on the adhesive for about 10 minutes and then wipe away.
