Best subcontractors near Waldwick, NJ

"I hired Built-Well Builders to extend a balcony floor in my home - giving me additional living space. The extension looks like it’s always been part of my home as everything matches perfectly! I absolutely love it. This is my second time using Built-Well. First time was my master bath and bedroom renovation; another project I was absolutely thrilled with. Both Keith and Grant are very professional and skilled - as are all their subcontractors. I highly highly highly recommend them."

"Matt and his crew were incredible. Everything was done on time and on budget, he even finished a major reno two weeks early! He is professional, his subs like working for him and he is very thorough and detailed. He was always available to answer questions, explains things in details, and is not pushy. He took the vision that I had in mind and made into a reality. I highly recommend Prestige Design and Build."

"Cesar and his workers' were prompt. Most importantly, they are efficient and professional individuals. They completed the home improvement projects as promised. Cesar also fixed another home improvement project; we had not discussed. Lastly, the team cleaned-up after they finished the home projects."

"I am very impressed to deal with Emil . The work went very professional and fantastic eventhough not completely done 100% but I am sure will come beautiful more than we expected. Very seldom now to find someone honest and professional gives advice to save some money and less money for him. Emil is available seven days a week to answer any question or concern. All crew's working from bottom of their heart like this is their own house with using technology tools to do the Job. I can't thank them enough for what they doing so far .they came yesterday very cold weather to do the work, even my neighbors told me that your construction crew's working every single day. I am highly recommended for anyone who is looking to get professional work with reasonable price and enjoy peace of mind because you are in honest hands professional people worry about their reputation and credibility. I will share some pictures of the work done so far Even though not completely finished. Also I was very impressed to hear a comments from tge rough inspectors personal who came to do the inspection stated that we are like to walk in clean job and people know what are doing good. Infact the inspector asked for phone number to recommended for other people. I will share more pictures after the work completely done ✔"

"Alex and Nelson did an excellent job fixing my old basement stairs. Alex responded to my request for service the same day, and completed the project the following day."

"Daniel, Mauricio, and their crew saved my 95-year-old garage that was flooding and in danger of collapsing from a damaged foundation. A nightmare! It was a challenging project done in extreme weather, but I felt confident that I was working with the right company from the start. They explained the process thoroughly. They were especially helpful with obtaining the permit and worked with town officials to get it quickly. Mauricio was on site daily, and they both kept me up to date every step of the way. They even left an immaculate job site when they finished. This is my 4th home, and this was one of the best experiences I?ve ever had working with contractors. Always punctual, always on top of things, and always perfect gentlemen. They?re true professionals in every sense of the word. My garage has a new life thanks to them!!! Elaine F. Wyckoff NJ"

"I have had a lot of experience with contractors in the past for work in my house. I must say this was my best experience. The workers were on time each day as is Very important with my work schedule. Protective of non work areas , to and from the bathroom project. They completed the project on time. The work was exceptional. The (owner) contractor was in contact with me during the whole project in person and on the phone anytime I needed."

Highly recommend We have other projects around our home , we definitely will hire BP construction"

"We hired Ernest and Sons to construct our patio tiles. We purchased 2' X 2' Tiles and I have to say they did a gorgeous job. I was so pleased with the way they showed up when they said they would. The men that laid out on my job worked so hard. The labor was very strenuous but they never took a break. They were the most conscientious and polite workers I've ever dealt with. They worked neatly, cleaned up totally afterward, and just had a great deal of respect for our property. They really did a beautiful job and Ernest, the owner is a real gentleman also. Love this company!"
