"A month ago, i was searching for a contractor to do full kitchen renovation and I received several estimates from several contractors (costly estimates) until i found good reviews + good price estimate from Argen Build Inc. Luis Gonzales and I started discussing our plans/options with the kitchen and he agreed even up to the point he'd almost cut his previous offer in half just to suit in our budget. Luis and his crews started the job in our kitchen and in the living room/dining area ceiling, since they are good in their job, we add some projects as long as they need to finish it before our moved in date. They finished the job a week in advance and we're happy with the outcome. Moises (Luis right-hand man) was a problem solver, our kitchen cabinet design has some fillers and he did some amazing solution to eliminate entirely the fillers and the outcome is gorgeous. Argen Build inc, even provided us insulation materials in the kitchen and the whole living room/dining area free of charge. Luis is a BIG help to us. Me and my wife can't put any word to describe and appreciate Argen Build Inc has done for us. We will absolutely hire Luis and his crew to do our next project soon."

"Keith Hessman and his entire team did an EXCELLENT JOB. Right from the very start he was very professional, punctual, dependable, and extremely knowledgeable, throughout in the entire project !! He very clearly outlined what the project entailed, explained every step and answered all questions in person, email, and phone calls. The price he gave me for the project was EXTREMELY FAIR as well. The subcontractors which he used, the floor installer, the painter, the electrician, and the plumber were the best I have ever encountered. They were very meticulous in completing their work in every way. All of them were on time and very professional. Lastly, Keith managed this project from start to finish, and followed up daily to make sure the job was being completed to my satisfaction. In this day in age it is hard to find a very honest, dependable and fair Contractor with all people working together for the best result for the customer. I HIGHLY recommend Built-Well Builders /Keith Hessman for ANY project in your home or office. You will be VERY happy."

"Ralph is a top notch plumber, and I am grateful for his expertise. Also, it is wonderfully reassuring to engage a expert like Ralph who is honest and of good character. I thought I needed more than just a sump pump, but he firmly advised me that anything more was an unnecessary expense. Nice to know that Ralph is on your side!! A first rate professional!!"

Customers say: True professional

"They relocated my 200 amp electrical panel from my cramped crawlspace to my, much more accessible, garage. This was quite the undertaking and they were exemplary! The owner, Roberto, was refreshingly responsive, worked closely with me throughout the process, and always with the utmost professionalism. Vaccarella Electrical Services, LLC is a great company and I would highly recommend them."

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

There are several different steps in the pole barn building process. First, you’ll need construction plans, which you’ll use to obtain permits. Then, you can clear the land so it’s suitable for building and installing the foundation. Your contractor will frame the barn using large poles, then rough in the plumbing and electricity (if your barn has those elements) before finishing the interior, adding siding, and installing the roof.

After that, they’ll finish up the electrical work and plumbing and add your windows and doors. You may have a few other finishing jobs to do like painting or waterproofing.

Yes, custom designs match existing structural and aesthetic themes.

The only real drawback to green building is that it’s more expensive up front, with per-square-foot prices sitting 33% higher than what you’d pay to build a traditional home. The higher cost is due to more expensive building materials and more labor to ensure every aspect of the home is as efficient as possible. However, green buildings often save money in the long run, so this is just a temporary downside.

How long it takes to build an in-law suite will vary by type. The time it takes to build an addition will typically be less than for completely new construction. Expect to spend about two months if you convert a basement, attic, or other existing room in your home. New structures can take up to five months, plus up to two months to receive the required permits.

Expect excavation below grade, creating a well for access, weatherproofing, and thorough inspections during setup.
