He very clearly outlined what the project entailed, explained every step and answered all questions in person, email, and phone calls. The price he gave me for the project was EXTREMELY FAIR as well. The subcontractors which he used, the floor installer, the painter, the electrician, and the plumber were the best I have ever encountered. They were very meticulous in completing their work in every way. All of them were on time and very professional. Lastly, Keith managed this project from start to finish, and followed up daily to make sure the job was being completed to my satisfaction. In this day in age it is hard to find a very honest, dependable and fair Contractor with all people working together for the best result for the customer. "Wilburs did an excellent job on my floors and walls. I worked with Danny Salas and his crews and they did a fantastic job. My home had textured walls on the first floor and stairway. Wilburs skim-coated all the walls and repainted. They did a great job; you can’t tell that the walls are not the original surface! They also replaced the crown molding in all the 1st floor rooms. Danny was very helpful in deciding on the size of the crown molding and the end result looks great. Wilburs also redid the hardwood floors and stairs by sanding, staining and putting on polyurethane. They did a great job. The crews were professional yet friendly and they cleanup up after themselves really well. Everything they did turned out great and the pricing was very competitive!"
