"He took the time to explain the process. The staircase was supposed to take a little bit long but he was able to get it done much quicker. We had to go out of town and they were finishing up. He went a little above and beyond. Previously a part of the walkway was messed up when he was repairing the stairs. He just repaired all that and included that in the price that he already given us.
