He very clearly outlined what the project entailed, explained every step and answered all questions in person, email, and phone calls. The price he gave me for the project was EXTREMELY FAIR as well. The subcontractors which he used, the floor installer, the painter, the electrician, and the plumber were the best I have ever encountered. They were very meticulous in completing their work in every way. All of them were on time and very professional. Lastly, Keith managed this project from start to finish, and followed up daily to make sure the job was being completed to my satisfaction. In this day in age it is hard to find a very honest, dependable and fair Contractor with all people working together for the best result for the customer. "It was an amazing experience.  Very professional and timely.  The owner is very helpful and worked closely with us in choosing the right materials for our home.  He also helped us to find the materials that were in our price range and never tried to push us to use something more expensive, etc.  He was extremely meticulous in his work and cleaned up thoroughly after each day he worked in our home.  After finishing the job he asked us to walk through and check everything thoroughly and make a punch list of anything we wanted fixed or revised.  There was nothing, it was perfect.  My wife and I couldn't be happier.  
We will be using MTL Contracting again in 2 months for a full kitchen renovation and again in the Spring for a new outdoor deck.
