He very clearly outlined what the project entailed, explained every step and answered all questions in person, email, and phone calls. The price he gave me for the project was EXTREMELY FAIR as well. The subcontractors which he used, the floor installer, the painter, the electrician, and the plumber were the best I have ever encountered. They were very meticulous in completing their work in every way. All of them were on time and very professional. Lastly, Keith managed this project from start to finish, and followed up daily to make sure the job was being completed to my satisfaction. "Bodee was referred to me by Max Parangi, Architect, to do some structural work that was outside of the purview of my kitchen/bath contractor, as well as extensive decorative carpentry. Their crew got everything done very quickly and beautifully. Long story short, after 7 months, the kitchen/bath outfit STILL hadn't finished my kitchen or bathroom, getting me in deep doo-doo with co-op board who wanted the work stopped.
