Within a couple of days, he was able to visit and assess our situation to figure out what we needed to get any nested birds and attic dwelling squirrels out of our attic. He replaced an old one way door that was ineffective with his own, patched up any small holes that birds were getting into and returned after 10 days to remove the door and patch it up.
