Every step of the process were explained along with recommendations for preventive and corrective actions to permanently resolve the issue. Pricing were very reasonable. I thought I had small animals running in the attic. The first day Enrique came he could not find any openings but he said he would come back to take a look on the roof. What he found was large piles of acorns that were rolling on the roof during the windy weather - no animals!! Great job!!!

The service was fast and Enrique was quite knowledgeable about groundhogs. He set the traps and the groundhog was caught the next day. He came and retrieved the groundhog and reset trap and the next day we had another. He left traps for a few more days to make sure all were caught. Very professional and great personality. Highly recommend.
