Kapture Pest Control did a great job fixing our wasp problem. We had wasps in our gutter and siding. Kapture Pest Control came quickly and was able to treat the issue on the spot and we immediately see decreased activity. They returned for follow up a week later because we still had minor activity and now all the wasps are completely gone. They were very professional and caring and made sure the problem was completely solved to our satisfaction. Thanks for the great service!

Great service all around! I called on Thanksgiving Day - the third straight day of seeing droppings in our kitchen - expecting to leave a message and get a callback the next day. I was shocked when I spoke with John, who was able to send Dave to my home the next day. Dave was prompt, friendly, and educational ... it was a relief to know that our problem wasn't because we weren't tidy enough. It's been nearly two weeks, and we haven't seen any new droppings (fingers crossed). We're looking forward to future visits from the Kapture team.

It went excellent. The service man was prompt, and even called when he was on his way. When he suited up to treat the situation, he allowed me to take a picture for my grandkids. He explained that I might see some activity for a few days, but they will all die off. A few days later I was in the hospital for a hip replacement, so when I came home I didn't venture out to check for activity. Kapture Pest Control called to see how everything was. Since I wasn't able to go out to check, they sent the service man out to check. All were gone. I would definitely use Kapture again.

Called to schedule a visit. They were very clear about the pricing options over the phone and dispatched someone to our home very quickly. I showed them the two nests we had found. They checked the whole property and found two more nests in the back. They sprayed where appropriate and followed up with a phone call 2 weeks later.

Personable tech (Daniel) reviewed coverage and performed initial preventative treatment around outside of house and inside of basement. Will continue with Quarterly treatments and monthly billing with ability to call for any problem immediate service should it be needed.

Excellent customer service from the phone calls setting up the appointment, to Anthony the technician specialist that came out to our home, and to the follow up call afterwards. Anthony was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to us. If we need services like this again we will definitely call Kapture. We highly recommend them.
