Our number 1 priority is to provide high quality service and tend to our customer's needs. We try very hard to keep our customers happy so we were very disappointed to read this review. We're very sorry for the missed appointment, we had no notes on the service ticket to call ahead of time. Our tech was there from 4-4:20 pm and then left thinking she forgot about the appointment. We have put a permanent note on the account now to call ahead and confirm each appointment. We hope this takes care of any future confusion. We apoligize for the delay in service. We did receive a phone call from [member name removed] around 630 p.m. at the end of June requsting a reinspection on the bird job. The office was closed but my secretary explained she would call back the next day to schedule an appt. for Saturday, which she did and said we would be there between 9-11 a.m. We arrived on Saturday but no one was home.
