He found things that should have been detected by the previous company that were not. He took his time did the work and had me enjoying my air conditioning in a timely manor. "It was good. I had to buy another chimney sweep right after that. I purchased my home and had the inspector go through the chimney. He said I had some issues. I use Nu- Air for a second opinion. They said everything was fine. They didn't really do a through check, they were in and out. So, I then got a third opinion, it was pretty extensive it cost me a little bit of money. It included a camera test. They found a lot of issues with my chimney which I then had to get repaired. My two opinion versus their one was a kind of a little bit of risk. For the chimney sweep specifically over all was a waste. They did clean the chimney. The person could have done a better job. They tried to sell me another service when they were there. But I pushed back, obviously I could tell that they weren't going to be a reliable business partner. I expected a lot more from them."
