The gentleman who came out was professional and helped me with the air conditioning issues than the previous company who came out. He found things that should have been detected by the previous company that were not. He took his time did the work and had me enjoying my air conditioning in a timely manor. "We got 5 estimates and they came in far lower priced than anyone...it was so low my wife and I were concerned if the price was even correct. Based on the other prices we were only going to get the central air done for now..however with their pricing we could afford to get it all done. They promised to be out and install our new Central Air, Heater and water heater in about a week.  They showed up on time and they even finished sooner than our sale rep had told us.  We only had it in about a week now but so far we are extremely pleased!  If you are considering a new Central Air, Heater or water heater I highly recommend you get an estimate from them..I'm quite sure you'll thank me later.

"It was good. I had to buy another chimney sweep right after that. I purchased my home and had the inspector go through the chimney. He said I had some issues. I use Nu- Air for a second opinion. They said everything was fine. They didn't really do a through check, they were in and out. So, I then got a third opinion, it was pretty extensive it cost me a little bit of money. It included a camera test. They found a lot of issues with my chimney which I then had to get repaired. My two opinion versus their one was a kind of a little bit of risk. For the chimney sweep specifically over all was a waste. They did clean the chimney. The person could have done a better job. They tried to sell me another service when they were there. But I pushed back, obviously I could tell that they weren't going to be a reliable business partner. I expected a lot more from them."

"For over 20 years my wife and I used another A rated Angie’s List heating and air conditioning firm and we have given them good reviews in the past. Recently our 20+ year old heater started acting up. At times throughout the day or night the burner wouldn’t ignite and we would be without heat. After seven service calls and various parts at the cost of $700.00 our old service company could not repair the heater and the problem remained unresolved. So we decided to get estimates to replace our entire HVAC system mainly due to it’s age and this unsolved problem. Vaughan Heating and Air Conditioning was on our list of acceptable companies to speak with due to their Angie’s List A rating. We called Vaughan and they sent Tony Pellegrino to our home the next day. My wife and I were very impressed with Tony. He spent over an hour at our home scoping out our basement, configuring our new system and answering our questions. Later that day we received the Vaughan estimate that Tony sent by email. I called Tony and he spent another hour on the phone addressing my questions and concerns. We received the other competitor's estimates over the next two days. We accepted the Vaughan’s estimate which was $1,100.00 more then the lowest estimate and $2,500.00 less then the highest estimate we received. Our choice was based on our comfort level with Tony, the price of the job, the longevity of the company (established in 1937) and the quality of the heating and air conditioning units that Vaughan installs. We accepted the Vaughan estimate on Saturday evening and Tony scheduled our job that coming week on Tuesday (for the heater) and Thursday (for the air conditioner). The reason for the one day in between work was because they squeezed our job into an already full week of installations and we were really pleased that they did that for us. On Tuesday morning at 8:30am the installer’s, Marcus and Jeff were at our house ready to start the job. These guys were friendly, professional, extremely competent and also very neat and clean, covering our rugs, etc. Jeff and Marcus did and exceptional job installing our new HVAC system. It’s “state of the art”! My wife and I are extremely happy with the job Vaughan Heating & Air Conditioning did and we could not be more comfortable, then we are now, in our home. "We called a week earlier for a quote to clean the ducts and returns of our heating and AC system.  The quote was reasonable and an appointment was made for the following Friday.  Ron called thirty minutes prior to the appointment to confirm we were available.  He and Danien arrived on time and explained what was involved in the cleaning process.  They were very courteous and professional as they went about their work and they carefully replaced anything they had to move.  We had an opportunity to ask questions after they finished working and their answers were responsive and complete."
