We are truly sorry for any miscommunications that transpired between you and our office. Our office policy is to respond to all messages within 24 hours, Emergency messages are answered with in an hour during non business hours. Further more our office is staffed with personnel to answer all calls during business hours and our phones are equipped to hold calls until an operator is available."
