We further provide 10 yr parts from the manufacturer followed with a 10 yr labor agreement provided by Mount Laurel Heating and Cooling Inc.

MLHVAC did an excellent job in getting the job done and although there were some hurdles that needed to be overcome, they came through with flying colors. They were very willing to take care of concerns and problems and yes there were problems and a few delays) but I would recommend them.  The price was reasonable, the products are very good, the installation was very good and I got many compliments on the work done. Very good overall experiene

Todd had been here before for an estimate and was able to keep the same price from over 4 months ago! 
All the owners and employees were more than helpful, explaining where everything would go.
The install went very smooth and they were done on time, cleaning up everything! 
When the new heater would not work (manufacturer issue) they went above and beyond to get it up and working. They even offered to get us a hotel room until it was fixed! They kept in touch over the 5 days to make sure we were OK and what  the status was on the fix.
Now my house has NEVER been so comfortable!
I would recommend them to all my contacts!!!

Every year I get a flyer running an a/c tuneup from them for 69.00 and I called and scheduled an appointment, The day prior I had a message on my phone stating they wer cancelling my appointment and if I would prefer the next Friday or the one after that. I called the office and left a voice mail stating I received thier message about the cancellation of the appointment and would like to reschedule for the next Friday and to call me back to confirm this. Never heard another word from them. Will not use them or recommend them...all I want is a company who is considerate enough to call you back if there is a problem.

I was really happy with the service that they provided me. I was very please with their overall customer service and the product that they offer. Their work was a bit sloppy. They used regular household duct tape that you could buy at Walmart instead of using the proper tape for the unit.

Called Mt. Laurel Heating & Cooling for a tankless hot water heater install.I called them because they replaced my heater and a/c 2 years ago and did a great job. Same thing this time,start to finish no problems. Quality work,better than expected. From the office to the installers, a terrific job well done by the Mt. Laurel Heating & Cooling team.

We are installing a new HVAC system in our 1940's home and we contacted Mount Laurel Heating and Air for a quote. While we're going with another company because we liked their proposal and price we still felt Mount Laurel was worth speaking with again in the future. Todd came out one Saturday promptly, was courteous and professional. We called the office for references and they returned my call with a customer phone number that they had contacted to confirm for a reference. I thought that was a professional touch. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and professional.

The original installation performed by Mt. Laurel Heating and Cooling has stood the test of time.  The system has been a champ and I expect to get many more years of service from it. I have never had a problem or issue. Their service people are very competent and courteous.  Pat and Mike (owners) are a pleasure to work with.

Thermostat wouldn't dip below 82 degrees and no cold air was coming out of any vents.  On the first trip, Bill, an experienced tech, very pleasant, easy to talk and work with, came over albeit somewhat after the scheduled time.  He analyzed that outside unit, replaced a capacitor and added a booster, added a little refrigerant and deemed the unit mechanically sound.  The thermostat, though, did not appear to dip.   After looking at the thermostat overnight, gauging that the air was still warm coming out of the vents and hearing a "buzzing" sound from the outside unit, no condensation in sight, I placed a 2nd call.   This is where most businesses either step it up or fail to deliver.   First, the phone is always answered promptly - no answering machine and Liz gave me a couple of choices.  I had Bill come again the day after and he came as scheduled.   He meticulously opened and analyzed the main HVAC unit in the basement and then went back to the outside unit.   Finally found a defective electrical contactor and replaced it.  Finally cold air!  Resolved professionally and he did the right thing by not charging for any work on day 2.    I highly recommend his services to all.   What a pleasant person to work with.

SPOKE TO BILL H AND HE LEFT 2 PROPOSALS WITH THE HUSBAND. 7/22/11 I LEFT A MESSAGE ON MRS. PHILLIPS CELL PHONE AND ASKED HER TO CALL ME BACK I CALLED MRS. PHILLIPS AND LEFT HER MESSAGE A SECOND TIME THAT THE ESTIMATES WERE LEFT WITH HER HUSBAND AND TO CALL US ABOUT THE SERVICE AGREEMENT. We have no further records of contact with you after that time so we assumed you have chosen to take your business elsewhere. We are truly sorry for any miscommunications that transpired between you and our office. Our office policy is to respond to all messages within 24 hours, Emergency messages are answered with in an hour during non business hours. Further more our office is staffed with personnel to answer all calls during business hours and our phones are equipped to hold calls until an operator is available."
