From the person answering the phone to the serviceman, all interactions were polite and professional. They got someone out to check out the problem (water on the basement floor around my a/c unit, which was not cooling well) on the same day I called, during a heat wave. The serviceman did a fair amount of work to find the problem. After he added refrigerant to the system it was working just fine, and with his suggestion I realized I didn't need to have the temperature set as low as I had been doing. The place stayed cool at a higher setting because it was working more efficiently and really pulling the humidity out of the air.

They took a look at the air conditioner which was not cooling my house. They refilled with freon and then recommended some changes. Price was good. The worker they sent was definitely experienced, he went right out to identify the problem. Pretty personable. He didn't mind me looking at what was going on.

Climate Mechanics worked hard to make sure we had both systems replaced on the same day and before the summer heat started. Nathan provided excellent service and communication throughout the whole process, from the first visit through the install. We are very happy with our systems and are confident knowing we are working with a local company that will be there for the service and maintenance of the units.

We found CLIMATE MECHANICS from their stellar reviews while searching for a knowledgeable and competent HVAC company. For years, we were dealing with a condensation problem with our LG mini split air conditioner, and no one could find the source of the problem. We can honestly say that we've never experienced a company like CLIMATE MECHANICS so committed to making things right. Nate, the awesome climate mechanic that came to our home, and Robert, the owner of the company, could understandably have walked away because they did not install the system and were not responsible for the problem. Nate worked for hours trying to locate the problem. In the end, after so many years of leaking, CLIMATE MECHANICS went above and beyond and resolved our ongoing problem. Toni, their wonderful contact person, told us repeatedly that Robert just wanted us to be happy in the end. And we are. Totally. Thank you Robert, Nate and Toni.

It went great. There were no issues and they were very prompt. We did have one issue which they quickly fixed.

Robert is a true professional, he gave me a great price on top of the line equipment. His technicians Nate and Bob are highly skilled and stayed until after dark to make sure that the job was done correctly. I highly recommend Climate Mechanics LLC, they will deliver as promised.

We got 5 estimates and they came in far lower priced than anyone...it was so low my wife and I were concerned if the price was even correct. Based on the other prices we were only going to get the central air done for now..however with their pricing we could afford to get it all done. They promised to be out and install our new Central Air, Heater and water heater in about a week.  They showed up on time and they even finished sooner than our sale rep had told us.  We only had it in about a week now but so far we are extremely pleased!  If you are considering a new Central Air, Heater or water heater I highly recommend you get an estimate from them..I'm quite sure you'll thank me later.

They weren't able to solve my issue, however they were able to tell me what the issue was and offer suggestions to fix it.
