Ripped out the three 30yr old valve stems, redid the plumbing in the access panel and added two shutoff valves. Sealed everything, tested for leaks and cleaned everything up, completed the job in just under 3hrs. Great working with Rich and his team, communication was super smooth and pricing was established up front, no hidden charges. Would highly recommend to anyone."

"So I took a lovely bath. When I drained my tub, a loud gurgling sound began to emerge from the toilet and tub, then my toilet exploded and sewage poured out and everywhere! I panicked and called my in-laws since he's a home contractor. He did his best to help but it was clear we needed plumber. "Ken and Eric did a fantastic job of installing the shower surround. They were very meticulous and neat. Made sure everything was done correctly. As far as a luxury bath as a company, the management (Joe project manager) does not care about their customers. They only care about getting their money. They have a three day cancellation contract that nobody reads in the three days and if something is wrong, there’s no way they’ll cancel it they just want their money. They also do not have plumbers that are qualified to move pipes that are in the way so you have to pay more to get that done. Also, in the sales pitch, the salesman (Phil Mahran) tells you that if they find anything behind the existing walls, they can fix it, which is not true they can’t fix plumbing in the way. The company wouldn’t even help pay for the extra plumbing work that cost me $1700."
