T. DeVito & SonsT. DiVito & Sons gets my highest rating. We have been using them for almost 30 years. Owner Michael DiVito is personally involved in every aspect of the job they do for you. He reviews all aspects of the job with you, gives you his professional opinion on how best to do the job, gives an estimate that is always a fair price, follows the work closely and ensures that an excellent job is done. His honesty and integrity are without parallel and his foremen and workers are superior in their performance. And you don’t have to personally monitor the job, Michael does that for you. T. DeVito & Sons installed our complex sprinkler system at our house and has maintained the system so that we have a perfect season of water supply to our lawn. They winterize the system every year, including suctioning out all the water. In the spring they restart the system checking every line, valve and sprinkler head and do immediate replacements where necessary. They then check the timer to ensure that the system meets the program required at your location. One year, they expertly removed overgrown roots that were affecting the system. They do our complete Lawn Care and Landscaping, Lawn and Yard Work, Lawn Irrigation, Lawn Fertilization and Treatment and Mulch and Topsoil addition. In particular they do: Spring and Fall cleanups, chemical additions including pH control, weed control, seeding (and when needed, and mowing and trimming on a regular basis. They cleanup completely so that our lawn is always immaculate. After a storm, they are easily available to perform an emergency cleanup. So very pleased with Paul and his crew. They just finished replacing our old wood deck with a Trex Transcend composite deck (spice rum with vintage lantern boarder) with a cocktail rail, black rails, black lattice and black aluminum gate. The stairs were even picture framed same as deck. He even put a side door underneath the deck, reattached my speakers and moved my electrical outset to a better location. It looks beautiful! The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Spoke to Phil to set up a time for an estimate. We received the estimate and after a few days thinking about it, we decided to book Phil. I spoke to him and he told me he would be available Tuesday 5/9/17. On May 9th, no show no call. I waited and waited then reached out to Phil. He had no recollection of who I was. I reminded him and he looked me up via my address. He tells me oh, it's next Tuesday May 16th. I said fine, not a problem, see you next Tuesday. Week goes by, Monday the 15th. I decided to call Phil to touch base with him and confirm our appt for tomorrow the 16th. Once again he has no idea who I am, I remind him and he looks me up. He tells me it's impossible for him to remember considering he speaks to 100 people a day. I explain to him our previous conversations and how important it is for us to have the zones added considering the landscaper is already pushed back. He tells me he will call me back in an hour or to but not to worry. No call back, I do not hear from him. I decided to give him a chance to show up tomorrow. May 16th Tuesday. I take off from work. I waited like a fool. Once again Phil doesn't show up, doesn't call. Completely unprofessional. I do not recommend crossisland irrigation. He might do decent work if you can get him to show up. Who knows? His customer service is atrocious and I wouldn't want another Angie's list consumer to have there time wasted. Stay away from cross island irrigation in Lindenhurst unless you like to have your time wasted.

Chris and crew did a fantastic job with regrading the yard, sodding, pavers and inground sprinkler system. We were looking for a one stop shop and found it with Gold Coast Pavers. Chris was very patient and made sure all our concerns were addressed which was much appreciated. You can tell he truly cares about his business and customer service as he was always reachable if needed. The guys they use are also very hard workers and got the job done fast. I would totally recommend them and use them for my next job!
