American Enterprises Lawn Sprinklers

It didn't. I called to set up appt about a week and a half ago. HE suggested april 4th, Easter Sunday and said he would get to me after Mass, between 10 & 11 am. He never called and never showed up. I called at approximately 11:15 and it went to voice mail. Haven't heard back.

I would like to modify my original review that gave Roy an F grade for responsiveness. He's since called me, apologized and explained his reason for not returning my call. I explained the problem I've been experiencing with my sprinkler system and he gave me very good feedback. I've since learned that the problem I've been experiencing may have originated with my Municipal Water System and it may not actually be a sprinkler system issue. The water company will be coming out to repair a broken valve that may have occurred when the meter was replaced several weeks ago. Roy and I left the door open for future communication and I'm hoping that we will be able to work together in the near future.

Roy always comes through. Called him in the morning and was at my house in the late afternoon to do the work. Courteous, professional, and gets it done. I am a repeat customer!

Roy was very thorough and explained all options to me before we agreed on the price. My system is at least 13 years old and was in need of attention. Roy inspected all 9 zones head by head. He was awesome!!

Roy actually called me back the day i left a message which already earned him points. He came out on a SUNDAY!! He was running late but called to confirm and make sure we were still home (again, earned him points). He came out, looked at the system and diagnosed several underground leaks and issues i was not aware of caused by landscapers. He even pointed out future work that would need to be done but not needed right now. Very honest, very nice, and very knowledgeable. He clearly takes pride in his work and wants to make sure you are satisfied. He is my new permanent sprinkler guy. I don't think i would trust anyone else.

Superbly. The leak in the pipe was instantly located and fixed. No idea how this is even possible but Roy really knows what he is doing. And we tried out different head types until we found the ones that work best for the small area that needed to be covered.

Roy was excellent. Diagnosed the problem very quickly and made the repair with a 5 year warranty. The company that installed my irrigation system also made a similar repair that was not done correctly and caused the problem that American Enterprises Lawn Sprinklers resolved. Roy is my new sprinkler guy, I highly recommend him.

I needed multiple sprinklers heads replaced. Roy was very professional and very reasonably priced. On the day of appointment they were on time and finished quickly. They left my yard better than before the job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I wholeheartedly recommend Roy, I wish he did more than just sprinklers! He is punctual , professional, honest, and really knows his stuff!He fixed my sprinkler system and everything is now running perfectly! He guarantees his work, and is extremely honest and very reasonable with his prices.A+++++/highly recommend!

Roy was a pleasure to speak to and deal with. He worked hard replacing a very old sprinkler system. I would not hesitate to call him again.

I called Roy and he got back to me immediately. Came the next day and found a leak in one of the lines. It was a difficult job since the break was under a large tree root. Roy carefully and expertly repaired it and filled in the area that he had dug up. When he tested the system, there was still an issue with the pressure. He checked the entire system and then we discovered that a sprinkler head had come loose. Roy quickly replaced the head and we were back to full pressure! It is clear that Roy cares about his customers and does not try to create work and overcharge you. He was fair with his pricing and looks to avoid costs and work that is unnecessary. I was very happy with the work that was performed.

Fixed it, assessed areas, replaced valves. Explains what needs or can be done, and doesn't force you into anything. Was thorough and appreciated he was local.

He promptly showed up today and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem by the installation of a new auto valve for my backyard control zones. He was also able to find where the master control system for my front zones was located. A job well done.

Quick and easy! Could have persuaded me to do me work but informed me that it wasn't necessary at this time! Great person!

Roy did a fantastic job! He opened my system for a very reasonable price and did a great job setting up my sprinklers. I will definitely call him for any future maintenance issues and to winterize the system.

Extremely satisfied can't understand how or why anyone would give an F. Very reasonable price done in a timely manner made it look like they ware never there in the first place highly recommended to anyone looking for a new system, remodeled system or just repairs. Owner is always on site very knowledgeable not only about plumbing and sprinkler systems but lawn care as well. Thank you again Roy for the amazing work

Great - It was a difficult problem with a 10 year old system. Roy stayed until he figured everything out. it is working just fine now. The price was very reasonable. I am definitely going to use him for any future problems with my sprinkler system Also - this is my very first experience with Angie's list. It worked out extremely well for me. Roy arrived between the hours he stated. Roy was friendly and was knowledgeable regarding the sprinkler system. He tested each sprinkler head more than once to make sure everything was running as it should. Roy was quick and efficient. I will be calling again for the winter closing..

Roy promptly returned my call, showed up when he said he would, turned on the sprinkler system, found the bad heads, replaced them and was a friendly, nice guy. The cost was very reasonable and I will definitely call him again when the need arises.
