He is a great guy and he helped us with the plumber. He has a very big experience in house painting. We found them on Angie's List. He still maintains our sink and help us. He has a very good price because it is more and more expensive with the others. We will surely use them in the future. We still do things and he maintains our cooling system.

Very professional, very friendly. Kept my basement clean and took all debris with him. I would never hesitate to call them for any plumbing problems.

I have a 3-family house that is over 100 years old. The basement bathtub/ shower was not getting any hot water. It was fixed in less than an hour. The plumber even had time to give me some advice on my dishwasher. Punctual, extremally courteous and very professional. Any time something can be fixed in a house this old that fast...well they deserve special recognition.

They were prompt, very professional, and very clean.  They do a great job and I would highly recommend them.

I was real happy with not only the professionalism of their employee but the work they did, so I was going to call them back. The only thing was that I told them to call me back and I never heard back from them. I was very pleased with the work when they were here and the price was good.

 They dug down 8 to 9" and cut the line. Found an old metal vent cap that was inadvertantly dropped inside sometime ago, and it had finally gotten stuck in that position. Fixed the pipe and put back the shrubs. Professional and courteous. Verry happy with the job.

I was happy with him.  It went very well.  The man was extremely knowledgeable.  I have already recommended this company to family and friends.  They worked very well for me, and I thought they were pretty reputable.

Went very well, arrived a few minutes early and was thorough in explaining do and donts of boiler maintanence, pointed out some issues that were not maintained properly and very expedient. Have since called them back to replace broken valve in steam line which was also done quickly and efficiently.

Everything went well. The guy knew what he had to do for both activities, and did it quickly and efficiently. He communicated well, and the actual price came in less than the estimate. The only odd thing was that we are still waiting for the final permit to come from the town (to make sure it was done to code) and its been almost a year now. They seem unconcerned about how long it took us to pay, while we waited for the permit.

It went fine. The guy was nice, thorough and conscientious. Everything was done and clean. He was punctual.

The drain was clogged by roots, which the technician cleared after several passes with the rooter. My concern was that the water from the hose came out the other end and the technician initially thought everything was OK. During the storms over the previous days, however, the water had backed up almost to the back door. So it worked fine with a low flow rate. After willingly agreeing to check it out anyway, the auger came back with a number of roots. He then made several more passes until it seemed free. I'll need to wait for the next storm to see if it is totally clear. The technician was pleasant and professional. I can't comment on the cost vs estimate because I did not ask for an estimate. The price does not seem unreasonable based on past experience, and they came the next day when they said they would.

Rocco is a great guy, did an excellent job with the plumbing in our bathroom remodel. Rocco is a true professional and actually did a better job then our general contractor.
