In the past, they've installed and modified our irrigation to perfection as well. The installers didn’t make a complete mess of the property, especially when they were digging the trenches. The sod was put back nicely, which is a HUGE deal for me. And they took their shoes off to go into the basement after working in mulch, grass and dirt. If you're looking for a landscape lighting and/or irrigation professional, they're the BEST!"

"I was having  a problem with water leaking out into the yard from an unknown source. Called several companies (I open the system myself) who said it was probably a defective valve or leaking manifold causing the issue. I asked for a ball park number which ranged from $200 to $325 "depending on what would have to be replaced". I called Quality Irrigation who took the time to ask specific questions on the phone. He came up with the same diagnosis but said with any luck it may be repairable without taking apart the manifold. He came out the next day, literally took the valve apart to find that a stainless steel nut was stuck in the diaphragm causing the value to slow leak and flood the yard. He reassembled the valve, boot up the system and it worked like a charm. He charged me just for his time, $85. I now have a new sprinkler service company! Thank you..."

The booking was easy and the tech was on time. He did what I was expecting, to open the system up. However, while a number of the heads were not turning and would need to replaced, he provided me and my wife with an estimate for $700 to replace 7 total heads!! He said, because we have well water, they'd recommend using heads that include steel, so they are $65 each, plus he added $15 to "lower" the heads based on newer standards with sprinklers. This was way more than I wanted to spend and also $400+ more than an estimate I then received from another company to do the same work using sprinklers of the same quality but not replacing all 7, instead replacing just 4. The cost per sprinkler head was more in the $35-$40 range.

I'm sure Royal irrigation knows what they are doing as far as sprinklers, and I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the second estimate has me thinking that they are overpriced. They also didn't seem to want to work with us to find something that worked in our budget, unlike other vendors.

Prior to installation of the irrigation system, Jimmy worked with my landscaper to ensure the new sod and planting beds we were having installed would thrive. The crew showed up at the agreed upon time and were very professional. The supervisor came by to make sure everything was going as expected and was available to answer any questions we had. They came back to our home two weeks later for a two week follow-up. The technician walked us through the system step by step (again) and made necessary adjustments. Unfortunately, a week after our 2 week follow-up visit we discovered an area of our new sod that wasn't getting enough water. All County quickly responded and sent another technician back to our home to adjust the necessary sprinkler heads. We couldn't be happier with our new irrigation system and would definitely recommend All County Irrigation to anyone looking to make their lives easier by installing an automatic sprinkler system. "

"We purchased it at a special rate of #399.00 for 6 hours of work.  When we found out he only could do 1/4 of the work we asked for a price and it was $600.00 for another 6 hours.  we paid it and found out he had completed the work in 3 hours then left.  he was suppose to return to clean up the weeds he didn't get the first time but went on vacation then by the time he returned new weeds had grown an he said he was not responsible for them.   Anyway we paid him then just walked away from this deal.

"I bought the deal for 4hrs/1 person or 2hrs/2 people. However I got 3 people for 1hr 20minutes. It just wasn't enough time unfortunately. The work they did do was very well done and immaculate. They cleaned up everything as they went. It was like the weeds never existed. I asked them to bring a lawn mower but they forgot. The job did not get completed before they had to leave which was disappointing. If they had remembered the mower, I'm sure I would've given them all As. Oh well."

that was too close to the house for me to cut. Eddy were quick to
come out and give us a quote I could not refuse. They said they would
try to get us in before the weekend (4 days away) and they were at the
house a day later. They were safe, quick and cleaned up very well. Even
after they got into their truck to leave - the truck stopped, one of the
guys hopped out and ran out into the lawn to pick up a few missed
chips. I HIGHLY recommend this business!
