"Hired Joshua Tree originally in 2019 for a new lawn install. Our yard is small but the dirt was very compacted due to it being new construction so we knew we needed an aeration and seeding to get it started. After a few weather related hiccups that washed the seed away, they actually came back twice over the course of 6 months to touch up/redo areas that were bare. Every single crew member is helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of our questions, concerns, and requests, on the phone and in person. Their treatment reports come instantly via email and are very detailed and thorough. The website is easy to navigate and has a portal to submit questions and requests that get answered promptly. We had such a great experience that we've now hired and prepaid for them to do 2 seasons of lawn treatments and we will continue to do so. The proof is in the pudding; our lawn looks amazing, and we know this because our Ring camera picks up people walking down the street and we can hear them say so. We've been homeowners at different properties for almost 20 years and have used many other lawn companies and Joshua Tree is hands down, the best in the business. We discussed a time table and he kept his word, he was easy to reach very customer focused. His price was far for amount of work involved. He came on date agreed upon and worked for a good Two days to complete it. We went over new system, and only when I was 100% satisfied he left. To date the System has worked as promised. "Robert and his crew did a wonderful job from start to finish. He called right back and was punctual in coming out to give us an estimate. He actually came out two days earlier than scheduled to do the work which was great. (He called us several days before to check to see if this was okay). The price was excellent too.
The work is done perfectly and now our yard has gone from an overgrown lawn to one I can be proud of.
