"Hired Joshua Tree originally in 2019 for a new lawn install. Our yard is small but the dirt was very compacted due to it being new construction so we knew we needed an aeration and seeding to get it started. After a few weather related hiccups that washed the seed away, they actually came back twice over the course of 6 months to touch up/redo areas that were bare. Every single crew member is helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of our questions, concerns, and requests, on the phone and in person. Their treatment reports come instantly via email and are very detailed and thorough. The website is easy to navigate and has a portal to submit questions and requests that get answered promptly. We had such a great experience that we've now hired and prepaid for them to do 2 seasons of lawn treatments and we will continue to do so. The proof is in the pudding; our lawn looks amazing, and we know this because our Ring camera picks up people walking down the street and we can hear them say so. We've been homeowners at different properties for almost 20 years and have used many other lawn companies and Joshua Tree is hands down, the best in the business. "Met with owner "Steve"of Imperial Irrigation, right away I could see that he was Knowledgible of my Irrigation problems. We discussed a plan to replace same. We discussed a time table and he kept his word, he was easy to reach very customer focused. His price was far for amount of work involved. He came on date agreed upon and worked for a good Two days to complete it. We went over new system, and only when I was 100% satisfied he left. To date the System has worked as promised. "There was some miscommunication between the owner and myself. They told me that they dropped all the mulch, but there were still some bare spots. I had initially told him that it would be okay if they had to bring extra mulch, I would just pay for the difference. That got lost in translation somewhere along the line. They did end up bring the extra mulch but it wasn't until a few weeks later. He charged me for the mulch and a small travel fee since he had to come back out."
