The project was completed to our standards, on time, and within budget which is really all you can ask for from a contractor. While Matt did not give us the cheapest quote, we found the pricing fair and even asked him to complete some additional projects, like replacing our front door. Matt was professional and easy to work with and told us exactly what needed to be purchased and when which helped keep everyone on track. "Ryan Jones is the most competent contractor I have worked with. I have done many renovations to my 1059 year old house. This time we had two small rooms reconfigured into 1 master bedroom. Heat, electricity, framing, a beam added and plumbing were all part of the project. All done impeccably. Ryan’s strength is his knowledge, problem solving skill and excellent communication skills. The price was reasonable even with multiple change orders . I will definitely use him again"

"didn't like that they came for an estimate and then when the contractor came he didn't know what needed to been done. the estimate was off . was given a range of 450.-750.00 the contractor had to remeasure all of the things i wanted done and then had to go purchase the materials which i was paying by the hour, i felt like the initial estimate should have given him the required information so that he could show up at the job site with the materials."

"We searched a long time to find a company we felt comfortable with and that matched our needs. We believe we found this with Wilbur’s Home Improvements. Everyone we dealt with from the office staff:Julie, Mary, Diana, Silvia and Jessenia, the estimators: Carlos and Jose, the mason: Erik and the work crew: Nolvy, Orlando and Edgar was professional, polite and punctual. I apologize if I forget anyone’s name or left anyone out. All work was done in a timely manner. They arrived early and stayed late 6 days a week and also straightened and cleaned up everything before leaving. They not only protected our house during the work, but our neighbors house as well , even power washing it at the end. (Very generous of them because I wouldn’t have included them, but that’s just me. lol) We had several compliments from neighbors, a few who wanted to hire them on the spot. Overall, we are very, very happy and satisfied with the end results and definitely plan on working with them again. We have lots of projects that need to be done. He did all our 3bathroom renovation, our master bathroom was remodeled (expanded the bathroom space). It looks fabulous and inviting! "I typically never write reviews but, since I found it so hard to choose a contractor to work with on the remodeling of a few rooms in our home I figured this may help the next person searching for a contractor. 
Lima contracting was fantastic.  We remodeled the first floor of our home in Cedar Grove, NJ.  The owner Rob himself kept us informed of timelines, what was next, how things were going, etc.  Rob & his team suggested we "opened" up the space a bit by knocking down a couple of the walls so...we knocked down the wall separating the kitchen from the dining room and the dining room from the living room.  We took down all the old cabinets put up new cabinets, granite tops and an island that we didn't have room for before.  Repainted all the rooms and put some gorgeous porcelain tiles down in the kitchen. 
Rob is fairly priced, he kept within a couple thousand of the original estimate and he showed us cabinets, tiles, paint, etc. that would keep with our budget.  He also had some suggestions my husband and I didn't even think of and it made such a huge difference on the outcome. 
They were quick, clean workers that did a quality job.  I will be using them in April for a remodeling of our bathroom & basement.  I would recommend this contractor to anyone and have already connected them with some family friends to do some work.
If your worried about finding someone with experience, uses quality workers, cleans up for themselves and won't rip you off...try them you won't regret it!!

"They are not local to my area. Please, hire local. And this is for Angi: Try not to recommend contractors who are a significant distance away, in this case around 80 miles (and 2 states) away. Great website, appears to be professionally designed and maintained, I like what they do (judging from the content in the website) but I am outside their service area. I don't live in that area. If I owned a home or apartment in that area, I would hire them."
