One of the glass windows accidentally got cracked during manipulation (stuff happens!) but, more importantly, he ensured that the new glass window was the same design and was reasonably priced (we split the cost). The 1st window maker he contracted this work out to delivered a window with the wrong design, so Rolando on his own accord identified another maker and got the correct design made.
