"Bob came out, looked over the situation, and told me that I needed French drains and a sump pump installed. He reviewed exactly what he planned to do, when he was available and gave me an estimate right then and there. I was impressed with his knowledge; it was obvious from our conversation that he was experienced and knew exactly how to fix our problem including reworking the gutters in addition to the drains and pump. We hired Bob and he and his crew were out early on the appointed day and worked tirelessly for two full days. "Needed leaky water valve repaired and sewer system unclogged. Came within 45 minutes of my desperate phone call. Installed new valve and new copper piping. Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced. Truely considerate of my early spring garden! Courteous, mindful of property, work done in a timely fashion at a fair price. Explained each step in the process and why it was needful. When the repair tech came to my home on 7/23/19 the voltage was still very high. Artic Air ordered a new compressor. When it was delivered to them, they contacted me to let me know it was in. They could install it if the voltage was low enough. They were able to determine that the voltage was acceptable, and they installed the compressor that day. Artic Air went out of their way to keep me informed of their progress every step of the way. Their service was excellent, The Parts Manager was especially helpful."
