"It went great. We had water in our basement after every rain storm, but it was a complicated problem. We interviewed 5 businesses before selecting American A-1, as they were the only ones who came up with a solution for our problem. Through the whole process they were responsive and professional. The team that came and did the work was also great. They were on time, finished on schedule, were courteous and professional. They did a great job. I had some questions afterwards and Lou was always available to answer them. Most importantly the work was completed several months ago and we haven't had water in the basement since.
