"I hired Top of the Line to do snow & ice removal for my entire property which entailed a full length driveway, front porch, backyard, deck & full patio plus the sidewalk. I contacted them almost a week after the recent big snow storm that left 2 feet plus the added snowfalll a few days after which added another 6" on top. The wait complicated conditions by adding a thick layer of ice on top of the snow mounds plus a layer underneath on the ground. I could barely move in my backyard with the amount of snow & dreaded even going outside when it all turned to ice. It was a difficult & challenging job that they made look easy. Matt & Alex were diligent, extremely hardworking & very professional. Plus, they're respectful, polite & friendly. These gentleman worked really hard not cutting corners but got everything done so quickly. They were very thorough & meticulous, cleared everything, took it all right down to the blacktop plus salted literally everywhere. They did an excellent job that exceeded my expectations. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Matt & Alex. They came to my rescue & saved me a lot of aggravation. I will definitely be using Top of the Line Lawn, Landscaping & Property Mgmt again & in the future for all my property maintenance needs. I would highly recommend them. Within an hour, Joe B, a manager at Green Lawn, called me to apologize and explain why the treatment may not have been correctly recorded in my records. He was apologetic and kind. The fact that he responded so quickly and was so sincere really impressed me. I also have found the technicians (who do the treatments) to be very friendly too. Therefore I’ve upped my rating and intend to use this company again in 2026."

He took note and on the day of the job he left the truck on the street and used manual labor and small machinery to lug everything back to the street. He probably saved me thousands of dollars from avoiding asphalt damage. Beyond this, during execution of the job, Samuel was easy to work with and answered all my questions to insure everything was done to my satisfaction. He and his crew cleaned up everything and left the property immaculate. I would never hire anyone else but him for tree work. I wish he was closer to me because I would have hired him as my landscaper also!"
