"If I could, I would give this horrible service provider a 0.0! I scheduled a plumbing appointment on a call, which was confirmed via multiple texts the day prior to the appt. Then had an employee go to the location during the 4 hour window they specified and wait for the plumber. On the day of the appt, 1 hour into the time window someone calls and says, sorry we’re not going to go because we only do residential plumbing. This was a surprise, as it was communicated to them that this was a business when I had set up the appt. So, I decided to speak with a manager. After spending over an hour of being bounced around from one dept to another, asking for a manager, they never connected me to one and their dispatcher had the audacity to say “sorry for your inconvenience, but you’ll just have to find someone else.” WOW! The hoops they make you jump through and the rudeness is not worth the hassle. I would definitely recommend you find a different plumbing pro for your project!"

I appreciated that because my issue could have been masquerading as a simple clog. He laid out ballpark estimates for each possible scenario which was very helpful so I would know what I was on the hook to pay. (Turns out - it was a simple clog, but the cost for clearing it up was very reasonable) Same day service was a huge help!"
