The guys at Laury were able to install the system and all of the duct work and components involved neatly with the age and make-up of the home in-mind. They were pleasant throughout the entire installation which took almost a week. They were always on time and always communicated the process with us. Rebecca scheduled us for the following day! Steve Venditti was great, has 20 years of experience and knew what he was doing. He spoke with the manufacturer and they decided what needed to be done. He had the parts on his truck and 4 hours later the job was done. $500 included parts and labor and service call. Very fair price and excellent service. Totally professional. Highly recommend."

But I did have to ask twice for the invoice. On the morning of installation day, I took our dog to day camp early and rushed home. Start time was 9am. No one arrived or called. At 10am I called the main number. I was told it appeared our tech was "just getting his day started". Really??? I was put through to dispatch for an ETA. No one answered. By 11am, with still no word from anyone, I called again. I was told our tech had called out a short time ago. At this point I was angry and frustrated and"
